Sleuth, you were the one who put this theory out there initially, then you pretended to be surprised by the theory, and now, after giving yourself time to ponder your own theory, to no one's surprise, you agree with yourself. Anyone else think GW3 is trying to take the fall for the murders to protect the "real perpetrators"? If so, anyone see that he's complicating his own goal? All he has to do to take the fall is plead guilty and allocute to his crimes.

At the end of each discovery list is a statement that prosecution intends to use the listed items. JMO the special prosecutor is listing the most impactful, the most relevant evidence to the state's case.

JMO but I think he's making that crap up for the tabloids: first, he wanted to appear all cozy with HMR - that she was glad to let him visit her in the hospital; second, I doubt she was wearing socks in the hospital. I just don't believe the article - he was just playing for sympathy. MOO

I never put socks on my newborns, not 'til the were a little bit older and were being dressed to go somewhere - kids lose so many socks as it is.

"Years before, in 2001, Wagner was the subject of a Pike County Sheriff's Office investigation after various power tools, dirt bikes and other items went missing from Eastern High School and from lumber, electric and hardwood stores.

Deputies obtained a search warrant for the mobile home where Billy Wagner lived, in the 800 block of Bethel Hill Road, about 20 miles from the school.

They found power tools and other items identified as stolen in a shed and a red horse trailer parked on the property, according to court records.

During the execution of the search warrant, Wagner claimed he'd simply purchased the tools from two individuals *** He asked if he could pay "some fine," a deputy wrote "....

Loomis, my memory is shaky, so until a better picture shows up, I'm just going to say I'm not sure what I recall at this point. I thought the window was up on the porch. Not so.

When you zoom this pic, the area in question is just a large blur. When I have more time, I'll look for this window and not one on the porch.

Loomis, my memory is shaky, so until a better picture shows up, I'm just going to say I'm not sure what I recall at this point. I thought the window was up on the porch. Not so.

When you zoom this pic, the area in question is just a large blur. When I have more time, I'll look for this window and not one on the porch.

That is the window. The holes 2 maybe 3 were in the lower half - mid to right side. iirc.
My opinion:
The HD photo the poster (LeftEye ?) posted, was from a different
head-on angle and holes were evident. I was suspicious at the time because there did not seem to be splintering or cracking.
I assumed the window was glass.
But as someone posted here previously, the window may have been of another material? Can anyone comment?
LeftE poster provided many HD photos of the search initial days in HD and we could see much going on in the back yard and woods, all not visible in regular/standard photos...
Just to jog memories, I’ll remind, Left had also posted extreme close up (two) of CRjr vehicle in the drive/parking pad at CR Sr. Location. It showed the car jack.
Another photo showed a close up of red evidence tape on the passenger side door of CRjr vehicle. Many thought they saw a little streak of red blood, but after much arguing, most decided it was more red evidence tape. I still think it was blood -My opinion
Idk. This is what I remember. Hope it’s is not against TOS
If we only had access to those photos now.
Finally, I believe the photos Left posted in HD must have been from stills of helicopter footage, as the angles were not what might have been apparent at ground level, with all the cars, misc stuff, trees, buildings, etc, on CRsr property.

Col., just one more note from my memory, it wasn’t the window on the porch. It was this one to the left. Also, now I realize, this was helicopter footage. There was discussion, and some may have mentioned the other window mistakenly as I remember thinking, “if the window was on the porch, wouldn’t BJM have seen that” ...

Thankx, I had the same problem! It's nice of you to look around. If those photos can't be found maybe someone can describe which window it was and how many shots/holes were in the window etc...

As I mentioned, this is the first I've heard of possible bullet holes in Chris Sr's trailer window. He was shot haphazardly through a door (possibly running through the house) so it could be possible a window was shot. And he had a right forearm defensive wound, etc...

Most posters' on here are credible and I don't need a link for everything if the information is coming from a well-known WS poster....or a professional in a certain field etc......

It was the window directly to the left of the porch...the only window on the front of CRSR's trailer. I remember close-ups of the window being posted. It looked like a gunshot. These photos break my heart all over again for the lives taken by the coward killers. They did NOT have the right they thought they did to KILL. I pray for a quick death for all of them, for IMO, they have no right to breathe another breath. They didn't have the guts to fight CRSR and his family face-to-face. Cowards.

Yes, the evidence tape, or red tape was on the other side. The passenger side.

I think Billy, Angie, George and Jake W went to the R's homes that night and slaughtered them all. I think that Fred and Rita are in it up to their necks and although they may not have physically been with the W4's that night I think both Fred and Rita knew what was going to happen and helped cover it up after it happened. Hence the reason the W4's are charged with 1st degree murder and why AC won't let Fred off on the charges they have against her because AC knows Fred and Rita are neck deep in it too.
