I recall a few months ago discussion about a couple of folks who manufacture or market BPV or the plates were involved in a case where the mandated labeling was shown to be fraudulent; the owners of the tactical store were closely associated with RN (maybe shared a street address? or PO Box?). The fraudulent labeling had to do with the manufacture dates being replaced with newer dates.

Thanks for digging that up, there's a chance this could be big, as far as the receipts go. Good find too, Tiff.

Maybe RW is still getting her Kentucky Derby on, with the hat.

I feel that FW was playing something with those glasses. See how she makes the big gesture putting them back on with both hands, when she's sitting with RW and talking to the person standing to her right?

Sunglasses, big hat, chewing gum ... almost over the top.

I think that's the business her son manages - livestock or grain broker or something similar. It's mentioned in one of RN's motions to have more freedom from house arrest to manage her animals. It said her son is currently feeding the animals, but it interferes with his job in the brokerage business.

Fredericka Wagner was scheduled to be in court Tuesday afternoon, but during what is sure to be the most-brief appearance by a member of the Wagner family during the Pike County massacre hearings to date, her attorneys asked for the case to be continued to June 12th.



Federicka Wagner and her daughter have arrived for her pretrial hearing. Her attorney has filed a motion requesting all discovery which was due April 30. He also wants all search warrant affidavits for her property. She is charged with perjury & obstruction of justice @Local12

My 2 Cents ... Her attorney Owen is sharp ...... If he finds even one (i) not dotted, or one (t) not crossed --- pertaining to the search warrants of her property --- then he will try to get the search warrants tossed out along with the case against her. Illegal search warrants = no bullet proof vests = no case against her...

Fred may have a lot of "brass", but the prosecutor has the goods on her. Fred is slick, good at the PR thing, putting on a show and trying to fool the public, but I don't think it will work. They wouldn't have filed charges if they didn't think they could back them up in court. She's been scamming the public for decades in her business dealings, she's just doing the same thing with this case.

Will at some point the defense(s) of the 4 try to free up the 2 of them from charges?? will just 2 of the 4 take the hit for all of them?? and if so which 2?...just a thought and your thoughts

I hope she's not trying to intimidate Ms Geneva. I don't think it will work. Fred is probably unhappy that Ms Geneva looks at GW3 with great loathing when he's in court. Fred is also probably fed up with Ms Geneva showing up for every hearing.
