Yes finally. I guess they are not rescheduling the Status Conference for now.
I really hope they don't take pleas because it's only through a trial that we will learn everything.
If they took pleas I wonder if the families could still find out about some of the evidence?


What I am really curious about and would like to find out about, hopefully at trial, is what exactly gave LE probable cause to search the Wagner properties and trailers and Fred's property?

Something drastically changed back then in May 2017. JM was arrested which is a big deal, then his charges are dropped and suddenly all the focus is turned to the Wagner's and Fred's farm also.

These were not simple searches, they were huge searches with swat and various LE districts searching multiple houses, buildings, and large trailers.

What happened back then? What probable cause evidence turned up that turned the whole investigation on a laser focus of the Wagners? And why did they search Fred's farm? Fred was not in the laser focus.

These questions could keep me up at night! LOL

I need to look at JM? Yes if the Wagner's told LE that his truck was used in an aggravated murder, which is the reason LE put the tracking device on it.

Well, back in October 2015 or around that time, Hannah ended her relationship with Jake for good and Jake realized he wasn't the father of her baby. Thus, the Wagner's pushed aggressively (aparently) for custody which might have pushed Chris to buy the new property.

This is significant to the fall of 2015. This is when Jake saw that not only was Hana not coming back to him after CG, she now was dating CH and wanted him to be the faux dad, rather than asking Jake for the honor.

I agree with you that this was a pivotal time in the Wagner's and Rhoden's relatonships.
Perhaps of course, not everything happened in October but everything was "hitting the fan" in the fall and early winter of that year, 2015.

I think this is when Hanna sent CG the ultrasound of his baby that he put on his FB profile page, correct me if I'm wrong. I think it was an early "Christmas gift" for him but I could be remembering it wrong.

nothing to do with the massacre. Jake lies. Yes, CG was gifted....All she wanted was for CG
to care about the baby. The poor girl was lost. She thought she had found a caring person in

It's my understanding that it's been theorized by some locals, that the Wagner's wanted CG to be in one of the houses that night but settled for taking it out on HG.

JMO, but the Ws will fight to the end. Also, I don't believe the State would offer, especially at this early stage. Trials haven't even started. Who even knows if all Discovery is in.

As far as probable cause, I don't think there's any reason to be concerned with that, based on the evidence we've seen thus far . JMO

There is a "smoking gun." The smoking gun is the parts to make a silencer found in the well and testing positive.

Was it magnalite that was found, which is actually aluminum, or was it a maglite? It is common for amateurs to make home made gun suppressors with maglite flashlights.

Thankx. You confirmed about Dana, Hanna and Chris Jr. living in Frankie's trailer. Chris's trailer doesn't have a normal roof so it makes more sense they were all living in the main trailer over there. Also, you are right about the local rumors. No sense to bring them up.

I think a big reason some people tie-in the home purchase with the murders is because the murders were committed only one month after the purchase.

OMG, I didn't realize...Ruger...was only born 6 months earlier. This is where someone like you who knew them, leaves an outsider like me in the dark. I can't see the forest for the trees. TY. CC, while we were awaiting a court entry for JW, I was wondering if any charges were allowed against him and his attorneys for just not showing up for the 4/16 status hearing? This would seem possible to me to be an FTA or in contempt charge. There was nothing indicated that the Defense made the Court aware ahead of time that they were not going to show. Your thoughts?
