IMO, there was a pic of LE on search day, a few standing around a flower bed which had a wellhead in the middle of it?

IMO = Could be more than one well. My farmhouse has two, covered one out front with a bucket and rope winch (circa 1850s), and one 5ft from the house, drilled in 1969 or so.

IMO = If I was BCI, I would give that newer barn a high-tech look. And they may have.

We don't know exactly what they found. Maybe just a flashlight body with the drilled end cap. Maybe some gunshot residue, maybe some packing in the body, maybe the silencer made ballistics marks on some rounds. This paragraph is all MAYBE.

Mine is 1 terabyte. All of the hard drives in my office are also.

Good question. We know some had iPhones which have Siri and well, Siri is always listening too. My siri randomly talks to me . A little off topic here, but fun fact-if you google Mark Zuckerberg and him covering his cameras, you’ll find numerous photos of him having black tape over both the front facing camera on his phone and his laptop webcam. Technology spies on us. I was leery to buy a smart tv for that reason.

Back on topic, that’s a great point Johnny. And if they didn’t have Alexa or an Echo, even the new fire sticks have Alexa and again, also those iphones w/Siri.

If they are spying on me all they are seeing here lately is me staring aimlessly off into space. Maybe the government will use that film of me as a training video of how to handle old people when they don't want to do anything.

Perhaps GW4's attorneys changed their mind and decided to wait. I was somewhat surprised they agreed to set a trial date when the prosecution had stated they were still trying to complete the digital transfer of discovery evidence. In GW4's case, IIRC, Canepa said his attorneys had given her a blank hard drive that wasn't large enough. GW4's attorneys need to provide another drive or two. At the time, it was surprising they wanted to proceed when they hadn't yet reviewed all the evidence.

JMO, there's probably no big mystery about the change in GW4's online docket. His attorneys probably reconsidered and the judge accommodated them. Pike County Common Pleas Court is small, with a low budget and a lot of cases, now including 4 DP cases, along with all the others.

*Final Pretrial Hearing (@ 1:30pm ET) - OH - Pike County 8 people dead: Christopher Rhoden, Sr. (40), his ex-wife, Dana Manley Rhoden (37), their three children, Clarence "Frankie" Rhoden (20), Christopher Jr. (16), Hanna Mae (19); Frankie's fiancée, Hannah Hazel Gilley (20), Christopher Rhoden Sr.'s brother, Kenneth Rhoden (44), & a cousin, Gary Rhoden (38). Hanna Rhoden's baby girl (5 days old), another baby (6 mos) and a young child (3) were unharmed. (April 21-22, 2016, Pebbles) – Only for *Rita Jo Newcomb (65) (Maternal grandmother) indicted (11/12/18), arrested (11/13/18), charged & arraigned (11/15/18) with 3 counts forgery, 1 count obstructing justice & 1 count perjury. Plead not guilty. $50K Surety bond.
DA alleges Newcomb lied to the Grand Jury & forged custody papers before the murders.
To place her under electronic monitor/house arrest. RN gives her mother's address. Court sets monetary bond at $50,000, will permit cash surety or 10% deposit. Will be under electronically monitored house arrest at her mother’s in South Webster, Ohio. To be put into Pre-Trial Services program. Can leave for medical emergencies, lawyer appointments, medical appointments. Must clear everything with Pre-Trial Services officer. Must keep Pre-Trial Services officer advised of her current address. With exception of medications prescribed by licensed physician for her, not to consume alcohol or controlled substances.
Had Arraignment hearing on 11/15. 11/20/18: Posted bond, released from jail. Pretrial hearing set for 1/10.
1/10/19 Update: Pretrial hearing on 3/28. 3/28/19 Update: Final pretrial on June 14. Her trial is scheduled for July 8 – 11.
