The way it reads is if they knowingly used forged documents. So they either deny they knew they were forged or admit they knew they were forged. The W brothers have said they're innocent. RN takes the load and her lawyer will certainly have something to say about that. Do you think RN will plea and testify against her grandsons on count 16?

No, they were not prosecuted for it, thanks to Rob Junk. But Derek Boyer and Aaron Higgins were caught red-handed in this crime, the RHODENS were NOT involved. While I believe the Rhoden’s (CRsr) were involved in something that we have no main stream media reports to link, it has to be acknowledged R’s had some kind of business dealings with the W’s.
It wasn’t anything with Horses or Mastiffs, or miniature Pigs, so what was it?
Almost had to be an illegal enterprise.

Think of the safe that was mentioned in the receipts provided to LE. Securing the safe.

Because shatter can be almost 99% THC and according to our drug seminar (taught by DEA) that I attended 2 weeks ago it is extremely lucrative. Cultivated MJ is currently only ~50% but shatter is 85-99% THC. They drain the THC then sell what’s left as CBD. It was hidden and LE didn’t find it until Sun. They kept it under wraps because they already had problems securing the area and word of the pot plants were already spilled by media. This was the “sophisticated grow operation.” Thus this is why LE was seen wearing hazmat suits in the video. The DEA also says most of MJ coming from Mexico is coming in this form now cuz you can smuggle smaller amounts and get much more cash. Since I only have word of mouth from our seminar and no document to post this will be my theory only.

I respectfully disagree that the Rs had a shatter lab. BCI would have had to disclose it. JMHO

Jmo I remember who was arrested and charges dropped on those two. Pike county is a small place Those two names are well known. No one has been successfully prosecuted for it as of today Jmo

Jmo I know this totally unpopular but without seeing the actual evidence, and not just what the state says they have, I can’t get to custody being the cause of convincing a minimum of four people to kill eight people in four different locations.
