I don't know if questioning her after as they would and then coming to her house again at 3 AM would be standard..

Yes, we know those things because both Bobbie Jo and Leonard have said this is what happened and if there is a trial one day I am sure both will testify this is what they did. I am not sure how important it will be though just because she checked on two families in different homes. That is understandable to me she would do so especially when she had just found two family members murdered in one home close by.
I think details matter. The order in which the bodies were found is not a small detail, IMO. The accounts of Bobby Jo and Leonard seem to differ on this point.
The 911 call suggests that Bobby Jo first went to 4077 Union Hill. Leonard's account suggests that they went to 4199 Union Hill first. There may be a normal reason for it. Perhaps Leonard was confused when talking to the media?

In the 911 call she says something like "...when we got here..". So apparently she arrived with someone else. I am wondering who.

I am also not sure whether these details are important or not. But this is true for most details. All we can do is get the facts, and then see where they lead us.
I am somewhat confused with the dissection of Bobbie Jo's statements. Do you believe she is a part of this somehow? If she was covering up something would she then come out to the media and address what she saw and where she went that morning knowing LE is certainly listening to the news as well. I don't think she would. It seems she has been quite open about what she saw and where she went.
As far as I know, Bobby Jo never told the media what she saw and where she went that morning. Her 911 call was released to the media, but I would not say that she volunteered this information to the media. Don't get me wrong. It is quite understandable that she does not want to talk about the details of this horrific discovery. It would be very upsetting to talk about it. The following article addresses this:
http://www.cincinnati.com/story/new...enge-our-hearts-pike-co-family-says/83517330/
Bobby Jo declined to discuss the crime scenes or talk much Monday, but did say she and several of her family members had talked to investigators repeatedly. The last time, investigators came and woke up her and five other people at 3:41 a.m. Sunday, she said.

"The Pike County Sheriff's wanted to ask me the same questions the BCI did,'' she said, adding that investigators seem to be fixated on when she found the bodies. They said it was earlier, Bobby Jo says. But she said, she went there around 7 a.m.

"I think they should all just leave us alone,'' she said in a moment between tears.

Let me emphasize that I am not suggesting Bobby Jo is involved, or said anything that is untrue.

Did any of them have a Massage Therapy License or other licensure that they could hang a shingle out for?

My mind went in another direction. Rural Ohio has been known for "pill mills," or places where it was easy to get a scrip for opiod "pain meds." A number of them were shut down when Kasich became Governor. Is that place still in operation?

The 911 call that was made from Kenneth's house referenced the other murders but didn't specify any names or a be careful.

911: OK
Caller: It’s all that stuff that’s on the news. Um, I just found, I just found my cousin with a gunshot wound.

I wonder if it is possible that Kenneth wasn't related to this killing but had his own issues going on and something just happened the same time.

I think that LE also had suspicions of various things regarding various family members, which is what got Leonard so hot over the weekend. Said they wanted to drag his daughter's name through the mud and impounded his son's truck. I kinda thought the truck might have been something of a side issue--maybe connecting it with pot dealing rather than anything directly connected with the deaths.

Hard to tell though what Leonard knows, or thinks he knows, about the Sheriff, the AG or anyone else--that he was attempting to use as a bargaining chip to get the truck back.

Last post for me. Not getting my work done!

I think Bobbi was tending the lights etc. for the plants very early in the morning. Pot has very special requirements to produce buds of high quality at a predictable time. She can't SAY this because it's illegal there. Cops know somehow she was over there earlier than she says - but the reason she can't say is because she is protecting herself. Probably she didn't enter the house until her later visit at 7am. Previously she may have just gone into the barn. I think most of the family knows about the pot and the illegal stuff going on. Of course they do.

As far as the cops taking the car - they can do that. They do it all the time with asset seizure if they even suspect the asset was used in or acquired as the result of a drug crime. LE departments use this as a source of revenue, but it could also be used to put pressure on people to open up and tell them what they know. I think that's all we're dealing with on these two items.

Possibly it's a home health deal where I live they started popping up everywhere when some kind of funding deal started. I don't much about the funding but I do know it pays for home health aids to visit the home and do chores run errands etc. If you have a cna license you can help with meds and bathing personal care and it pays well. Also it allows for a elder or patient to choose who they want to care for them so a family member can be chosen or agency of their choice so here came the pop up agencies which may consist of 2 people maybe. The crazy thing is anyone could do this pretty much it even has the instructions or guidelines for opening one on dhs website, I figure there is more of a chance to get work if you are approved business and may have something to do with being able to accept medicaid and medicare instead of the indecent choice funds I may not have this 100 percent correct on how the funding is but I'm close lol. So if I were a cna I might would jump on board have my husband to open a llc and become an employee for many reasons and I would have a better chance at getting work if listed as an agency than just a individual because most are gonna look online or phone books for care. Also with a company I could say hire my cousin sister etc get them on board and can get more patients especially if someone I know I can get signed up with my agency that's a little shady I could spend 1 hr a day there and bill for 4 hrs you get my drift but would need to have enough said employees to be abLE to pull this off I can say my daughter is a home companion which here no license is needed andshe may never hit a lick at it but I could be spending an hour here and there or she could and bill for more hours if clever and especially if a family member or friend was a patient who wouldn't out ya. If she did have a person working for her she could bill and then pay the employee but may not want to mess with payroll taxes etc. Who knows I know here if you are a night sitter thwre is a stipend paid that's pretty good! I can go on and on but that maybe what that Adams Healthcare llc is all about. Since working at nursing homes didn't sound like it worked if that's what it was or something else happened

That 3 am bugs me. (I watch too much Joe Kenda) Don't they often execute a search warrant when they question family members at the station?
Thety woke everyone up.
I didn't sleep for 3 days when my mom died. I have no siblings, but I can say with a large deree of certainty I would NOT be asleep. NOT after that.
Heck I would not even be in anyone's home! I would have been PACING @ some hotel...
Considering the situation.

Anyone who expects witnesses who discover bullet riddled bodies of family members or friends to be rational and logical in their subsequent acts and deeds has not been around many witnesses or many crime scenes.

Interesting. I was thinking more along the lines of a health service deliverable to an individual in a home or institution setting like massage therapy, aromatherapy, reiki etc. I'm not familiar with Ohio laws but in NY an LLC is a common business registration for that. I read the income as $1.000.000 to $2.499.999 (1K-2,500K) which would fit in with a small business of that type.

They're already in Timbuktu.
[emoji22] you are right.
I would not be in any usual location. In hiding...

Ok so where I live (just north of Cincinnati) this is all anyone talks about. I heard today they were looking for a 911 caller who said something along the lines of "those people on tv, I told them Rhodens to be careful" but I cannot find anything about this. Is this true?

The person DS (a cousin to Kenneth Rhoden) is the one who called 911 when he found Kenneth in the afternoon and said on the call about what was on tv. I don't remember him saying anything about telling Rhodens needing to be careful but I may have forgotten that part of the call.

That 3 am is strange to me also. I watch a lot of the real crime stories and they sometimes wait until the next day to go get a murder suspect. It seems to me there had to be some major reason to go out there at 3 AM to question someone that had lost much I'd her family if they were just trying to get all the info about the scene. You would think they would wait until 8 am. It was also said in one interview that the cops asked her "how much did they pay you to kill them" but I can remember where that interview was now.

ETA: Not sure how asleep everyone was, lots were in the house Bobby could also use taken something that did allow her to fall asleep for a bit or she could have been laying down.

Just them coming at 3 AM speaks of something major they were asking about instead I'd waiting a few more hours. To me that is treating someone more like a suspect, but why?

Heads fried with all this lol, if it wasnt for being off work i wouldnt even be in here!.

Anyhoo, could it be possible that Hannah Gilley was mistaken for Hannah Rhoden?, even shot first?. Im working on theory no 375.

  • #738
Trawling through FB i noticed there seems to be some ties between the Manleys and the Gilleys. ( theory no 376 )

I think the 3am thing was the LE trying to contain this mess and work as fast as possible. I don't see anything weird about it- and for LE- if a whole family was slaughtered and mass amounts of drugs were found- the whole family is going to be suspect. ESPECIALLY someone who came over to "feed the animals".

I dunno. I was once a very minor witness to a far less serious crime. I was contacted by investigators in the middle of the night several times. Their reason? That was the shift they were working.
