The story at this link is gone now. Can someone offer a recap? Odd that it was removed. Does anyone know where Chris Graves went? There's very little information about her leaving in the news media.
ETA: Here's another article that was updated yesterday, written by Chris Graves
http://www.wcpo.com/news/insider/tr...in-pike-county-moved-for-a-second-time?page=2
From the article:
So, the order to preserve the trailers comes from DeWine's office. If not preserved, they indicate the investigation thus far is all "for naught". So they're saying the entire investigation would be meaningless without those trailers? Odd thing to say when they claim all the evidence they gathered from them has been removed from the trailers. What does this mean?
Well, we're not alone. The reporters also call the move "unprecedented" and the handling of the case "bizarre". Right they are.
Now add another $98,000 to the price tag for building a new pole barn to store them at PCSO. There was likely a high price tag to have them transported again. They also paid $12,380 to the electric company to keep power on at Hasdell Chemical.
PCSO is approaching half a million dollars to preserve and store these trailers, yet the state has only reimbursed them for $139,074. Bizarre.
Also looks like Hasdell Chemical is in a lot of trouble for lying to investors about it's assets and contracts. A lot of people lost money. There were a lot of questions about this company back when the trailers were stored there. Connections to local state representative, some state money spent on their operation. JMO, Hasdell is part of this whole mess, too.
