I read about something in a totally unrelated case. With all the land acquisitions going on, I wondered if this could be yet another possible cause for these murders. It is called Adverse Possession. It involves a non-landowner taking legal possession of another person's property.
Adverse possession is a legal doctrine under which a person (the "adverse possessor") trespassing on real property owned by someone else may acquire valid title to it so long as certain common law — and, if applicable, statutory — requirements are met, and the adverse possessor is in possession for a sufficient period ...

Is there any way to force LE hand? From what I read earlier LE would have to make the autopsy reports public if tbe family asked. Why aren't they doing that? Do you think they don't know they

DONT EVEN READ. MY FINGERS MESSED UP BOTH POSTS AND I DONT KNOW HOW TO DELETE.

I have heard nothing to substantiate anything close to that.

Squatters rights?

Or Homestead law?

The land issue has always stuck with me too. Not the primary motive, but something to be gained there.

In my limited knowledge the w's make the most sense but I think this case would be further along if they were indeed the ones who did it.The way people flee from this case the reporters and Ruby I'm thinking someone much more dangerous is responsible.

At first, these murders made me think of the book "In Cold Blood". But KR being killed kinda rules that out. It just seems to me that whoEVER did this almost HAD to have acted VERY strange afterwards and completely out of character. If they were able to act normal or keep their composure, they must have been psychopaths with no conscious. Wouldn't others noticed them acting strange? Just some thoughts.

More like who the land reverts back to. In that county, there were some instances where land went back to the same few people (IF this occupants could not afford to keep the payments up. Or IF there had illegal things going on, said land was being seized by the county. I'm sorry, I have no links but there was mention early on in the first few threads about it. Hypothetically, Let's say I own land and someone is paying me "rent" and is caught doing something like making meth. Land is seized by the county even though I (as the owner) didn't do anything wrong. I'm probably not explaining this on a way that makes sense. But I remember anonymous posts saying things like "follow the land". Anyone else remember from WAY back?

I have been searching for a week now but can't find it,a comment made by a local, he said, forget drugs and money follow the land.Who he was and did he know something that is anyone's guess.

I was thinking it may have been an inheritance issue early on. And it still may play a part. But I strongly agree with the custody beingvthe main factor.

I think the plan was in place for months. The precipitating factor was the conflict over business cars or whatever just prior to the murders.

I think CRsr was the main target and it was an easy decision to include a young mother, HR in order to clean custody up as well. CRjr was killed for many reasons because he was always either starting a conflict or in the middle of one.

I’m not quite certain about KR. He could have been collateral damage or he was part of the murders and was killed for something he did or said during the actual shooting. It depends on details we don’t now know or understand. It could also be as simple as the need for access.

Does anyone know if there is any corroborating evidence of the tear down if the mj grow operation. I haven’t seen anything.

I also think it was very probable there were harder drugs involved at least when it came to the transport and delivery if the grow is substantiated. The cars were probably used for small deliveries but larger transport was needed for harvest delivery 3-4 times a year.

To operate a grow that size I would guess they would be in an independent power source. Otherwise the local electric company would be alerted about excessive power usage.

Not as much as a leaf much less a grow operation has ever been shown by LE. As for "To operate a grow that size...", no one really knows how big it was. All we have is conflicting statements about the size of the grow operation. According to Reader it was too small to be a factor, but, according to DeWine it was a huge indoor grow operation. But, no proof of ANY grow operation has been shown....So, who do you believe?

Absolutely!!! Both changing jobs would have been questionable on its own, but, both moving a thousand miles away is as bizarre as the way LE has handled this case...
Those two were the only reporters I know of that were pushing for answers and suddenly they are gone... What the h3ll is going on there...

So were both of these reporters offered dream jobs in others cities to get them to move away from the Rhoden murders investigation? And when they moved away did they completely forget about the Rhoden family? After being so passionate about the case?

The way this entire case has been handled by LE, the lack of attention and/or concern by media, the two reporters abruptly relocating across the country, reward money being withdrawn.........

This sounds like storylines for a made-for-tv movie.

This sounds like LE or higher up involvement.
