She got pregnant with S about five weeks before she turned 16 (if my cipherin' is correct) that's the only proof they have that there was any sexual relations prior. There were pics of them laying in his bed together well before that, and there were open FB posts about her going on vacation with him, and his family, as far back as 2011. Everyone who knows about a minor, in a statutory rape situation is accountable to turn it in, parents included. So... I guess her parents could have been charged for not reporting the romance same as his, and him. It's four years difference in a county filled with her kin and living in the middle of BFE. One is lucky to find someone that isn't related to them. There was 13 years between my first spouse, there was 18 years between one set of my grandparents. Call it what you will, but I personally don't see it as criminal. Loose dating restrictions on her parents part? Yes. Ignorance on his part? Yes

To me if a girl is 20 and her BF is 24, the difference is negligible. If a girl is 18 and her BF is 22, the same.

But if a girl is 14 and her BF is 18 that is a whole different matter. A 14 year old girl has no business dating an 18 year old boy. To put it in perspective, that is the difference between a girl in the 8th grade, which is middle school and a boy who is a senior in high school. The same applies to an 18 year old girl dating a 14 year old boy. Too much age difference in that age range. There is a lot of maturity to be gained between the ages of 14 and 18.

I would most definitely report any such relationship I knew about to the authorities.

I believe it’s a difference of parenting styles and culture. I was 16, just turning 17, dating a 22 almost 23 year old. Looking back, there was a world of difference between us-me in high school, him being out on his own with bills and a bachelor pad. My mother was furious. But that didn’t stop me. She tried, but I did what most young teenage girls do when parents say no-I found a way. I was however mature and my maturity level in life exceeded boys my age at the time. Thus, I was drawn to someone that I could relate to.

The age difference between JW & HMR was slightly concerning but I don’t believe the maturity level was a vast difference between the two. Judging from her social media, HMR appeared to “grow up quick” as many teenage girls living in that culture do. JW appeared (and still does IMO) to be sheltered. IOW, HMR most likely wasn’t still playing with Barbies and watching cartoons when she began dating JW and he probably still enjoyed his Saturday morning cartoons.

Age is a number, maturity is another thing. I think HMR saw and experienced things in her young life that made her mature quicker-parents getting divorced, the struggle of poverty within her family, public schooling, having an older brother who dated and had a child young, etc. On the other hand, JW didn’t seem to have to grow up quick because his parents remained married, he was home schooled, and he has grandparents who are wealthy. Different lifestyles produce different maturity levels.

I saw some similar articles in the last few weeks about DeWine and others who did nothing about the corruption and questions with ECOT. Pretty shocking how obvious it was, yet no one did anything to stop it.

DeWine has failed to bring justice, was accused of mishandling evidence, and has capitalized on media attention surrounding murders in Pike County
In early 2016, eight family members were killed “execution style” in Pike County, but DeWine’s investigation has dragged on without bringing justice.

Immediately following the murders “DeWine has held three other media briefings and sent out eight news releases and frequent updates. He has appeared in dozens of newspaper, wire service, radio, television and online reports nationwide, including live coverage on CNN.” [Columbus Dispatch, 5/3/16]

Mishandled evidence

A report revealed that there were “no permanent security measures in place at the warehouse” where DeWine’s office was storing evidence. [Columbus Dispatch, 10/29/16]

Lack of transparency and still no justice

The Columbus Dispatch pointed out that DeWine was “mocking the public-records laws by releasing copies of the autopsy reports that were so heavily redacted they were useless.” [Columbus Dispatch, editorial, 9/17/17]

… and still, justice has not been served.

But, if you do a Google search for 100 Grove St., Peebles, Ohio church, it says Praise and Worship Church is at that address. Adams Health Solutions, LLC is still listed with CRsr as owner from what I can find. But if this site is correct and it is no longer there, where is it? MANTA shows two employees working at Adams. What a screwed up mess...lol

From what I've got on Adams Health Solutions, it appears that CR1 was the person who set it up in 9/17/2009. At that time, the LLC had one person on record and that one person was CR1. RW had his hands in what is later listed as the business address, at least as early as '95.

CR1 listed himself, and 4077 UHR, as name and address of the Agent, and he is named as the Incorporator. It's still listed as active on the SOS site, of course, the govt. wheels turn slowly;

This conversation hits close to home for me. A good friend of mine was very concerned about parenting decision made by her neice’s mother. Long, long story short: my friend’s brother died in an accident, leaving behind his wife and 2 young daughters. My friend raised her neices for several years because their mom couldn’t get her act together after her husband died. Drugs and neglect were involved and CPS stepped in.

When the girls were 11 and 12 years old their mom was able to clean up her life and regain custody.

The 12 year old began dating an 18 year old man, with her mom’s blessing. The girl started spending the night at the man’s home, which her mother allowed, saying it was “cultural” because the boyfriend was Hispanic. My friend alerted CPS, and the man was arrested for statutory rape. By then the girl was pregnant, at 12 years old. Mom’s custody was taken away, and when the baby was born both the girl and baby were made wards of the state.

Just before the girl and baby were to be released from the hospital the boyfriend went there and picked them up. He had been in jail but his family raised enough money to get him out. A major search was conducted since both the 12 year old and her baby were considered to be endangered children. The boyfriend had now added kidnapping to the list of charges. They were never found.

A week later the girl called her mom on a burner phone to say they were living in Mexico with her boyfriend’s family, and not to worry. She said they couldn’t ever come back home because her boyfriend would be arrested.
