If JW and HMR were together when SW was born, wouldn't his name have been on the birth certificate? Do we know for sure that HMR was a single mother regarding SW in the eyes of the courts?

Doesn't matter in Ohio whether he was on BC or not...as an unwed mother, she was sole custodian of SW.

Is the birth order of F's children known? Was there an oldest son, a daughter in the middle with George Billy bringing up the rear?

I have seen record of three children listed. RAW is the eldest (56), RCW is the middle (54), and G3 is the youngest (46).

The entire article is a "must-read". It also states that a Rhoden family member told the reporter that Jake Wagner tried to get Hanna to sign over rights to Sophia in the weeks before the murders, but she refused.

He says they "co-habited" between 2013 and 2015, living at either her mother's home or his mother's. I wonder how much of all this is true.

I just got the feeling as I read that entry that they waited until after the birth of Hanna's baby before they massacred the whole family!!

I was just wondering, if, maybe, the windows were stage dressing? If they got the keys to the other trailers, somehow, would that not be a boon?! The only one that I could see fitting through the windows, with a boost, might be JW, and tumbling through them could be noisy. Trailer windows are not like windows in other homes. Especially older trailer home windows. Painful to even try to get through, and even when I was in my teens, and I am tallish for a female, and was pretty scrawny then, and it would have been a PIA to get through them.

As much as they had other things planned out, they may have has a small ladder with them to get in windows. The windows open may also have been to make the bodies cool faster to alter estimated time of death or just to mess with investigators...

In one of the newer media links, I don't recall which one, it has older pics, I assume driver license pics of the 4, GW3 and JW both have sores on their faces that aren't acne. That's meth and it makes you extremely paranoid, on top of their own paranoia, that would have fueled a lot of rage. I have a cousin who just got 6 years for his meth paranoia. Shooting at a kid that was by the road near my cousin's property helping a car wreck. I wouldn't doubt they were on steroids either. I recall in pics of their house before they left out for Alaska there was weights and work out equipment. That and the hunting culture and their sense of power and entitlement and AW's military experience was a perfect storm.
I don't think RW was the CI at all. The indictments say John Doe, not Jane Doe. She seems like the only halfway sensible one of the bunch to me. She's the manager of the farm as well. I think their planning and conversations were done when she wasn't around, busy running the farm. I love the idea of the father being the CI. I can see FW running his life their entire marriage. My husband's aunt and her husband had a similar type marriage. She made him live in the basement. It was messed up! So I can clearly see him as getting his last revenge on her. It had to be somebody very close to them.

I think that "John Doe" is in case another person is found to be involved during the proceedings. I've heard of cases that as many as 99 John Does were named in the indictments. I don't think it means an undisclosed known person...

Where did the Rs get their dogs I wonder? Maybe the Ws had given them one equipped with techno-spy capacity preinstslled trained by them so it'd behave.

On the windows, is it possible they gassed the place to knock the Rs out so they could easily overwhelm them all? Then opened them to air it out.

The Rs had pits and hunting hounds. I'm not sure how they'd go about gassing the place. I'd not be surprised if they knew where they left hidden keys, or even managed to get sets of keys.

O/T; I have adopted several shelter dogs throughout the years, taken in strays, and donated to local shelters, but, there is one particular breed, that I will probably always have in my home, but I do go to a reputable breeder to obtain a pup. I love the breed, and enjoy seeing the integrity of the breed's temperament, and confirmation, being kept alive by reputable breeders. I love my mutts just as much, but, I will probably always have a Rott.

What kind of kittens were they??? Bengal tigers???? I have an adopted cat, whose owner became allergic, and they paid nearly $400 for her, and I thought, she's gorgeous, but . However, I've never paid for a cat, they always just kinda show up here, folks drop them near a barn up the road, or I've had a weak moment and adopted one.

There are Bengal Cats that bring that kind of money....

But I’m almost sure they were married. It was all over Kenai And if I had as that family I’d move to the furthest village in bush Alaska. Some are only accessible by plane and everyone is rather announced in arrival. So remote at times when called inthe Alaska State Troopers take 2 or more days to get there. If she is a CI she isn’t safe in Nikiski. Not even a bit. People have disappeared up there and simply never been found. Children as well.

Gorgeous! So are the Savannah Cats. I didn't mean to insult cat owners. I guess I've just never had a breed preference in cats, to look into pricing for a specific breed. I've had some really pretty cats, with some unique personalities, over the years, but, they just show up at our door most times, or someone needs to re-home theirs, and we cave to the cute factor.

Maybe you're talking about James Trent? I'm gonna go out on a limb and ask who he is and where he comes into place in the murders - since he's been charged with 8 murders? Did I miss his arrest?

The four family members charged with murdering eight members of a nearby Pike County family discussed ways to exact revenge on Ohio’s attorney general if one of them was individually arrested, prosecutors said in court Thursday.

In addition to revenge against Ohio Gov.-elect Mike DeWine, the incumbent attorney general, the Wagner family reportedly discussed ways to exact revenge against Pike County Sheriff Charles Reader and an attorney general’s special agent, the prosecutors said, citing a confidential informant.

The alleged conversation happened at the sprawling hilltop farm of Fredericka Wagner, one of two grandmothers arrested Tuesday on allegations they helped cover up the 2016 Rhoden family massacre.

Fredericka Wagner, 76, and Rita Newcomb, 65, pleaded not guilty to perjury and obstruction of justice charges. Newcomb also pleaded not guilty to forgery charges, which prosecutors said are related to custody documents “at the epicenter” of the murder investigation...."
