Do we know when it was discovered who the father of KMR is? I'm trying to place the father-reveal in the context of the murders. Did the Wags believe the child was JW's at the time or did they already know she was not his? I'm thinking the escalating drama over SW + the new baby may have driven the Wags to fever pitch. And it appears to me that they waited for the baby to be born before acting. I bet the birth plus HMR being home from the hospital set the timeline, whether they knew it was a Wag or not.

They were in my list, but, I didn't see them doing it solely over custody. I think we may still see some other issues pop up. Broken up friendships, broken up relationships, possibly broken business ties, then, little S, and possibly K, become objects of control.

Of course it wasn't just over custody. JW is just like thousands of other psycho controlling spouse/partners. When they get dumped because of their abusive behavior love turns to murderous rage and they strike out at the victims of their abuse. It happens every day. They kill the spouse and kids. They kill the spouse and his/her parents. They travel over 90 miles away to kill the parents, sister and cousin after they kill the spouse. The only thing that makes this crime a little different is the whole family was involved and they went to four houses and killed extended family. But I think that could be attributed to the region they grew up in where family is everything and family sticks together no matter what even down to distant cousins. Also the close relationship between the fathers who were friends and business partners.

The most dangerous time for a woman in an abusive relationship is in the first year after she leaves. HR didn't quite make it through the year. She was killed eight months after she left.

FR had at least one vid of fights, and has/had locations, on his FB, sssociated with fighting Gamecocks, and purchasing items for prepping them. There's $$ to be made in good birds.

He may have only been selling them to fighters. Based on his FB, I do feel he was into breeding them to fight, if he was not fighting them himself. Many do not see an issue with it, as the birds will naturally fight, they just have no steroids, and razors, in nature, so don't fight to the bitter end.

FWIW, I too remember DeWine saying they'd found evidence of cockfighting.

It was after the murders. DNA tests take a while and the baby was only 4 days old at the time.

Just curious, but is there a link or source that FR had videos of cockfighting? not saying he did or didn't, but wondered if there is proof. TIA

ETA: If they were on his FB account, assume that's no longer available, so nevermind. He must have been interested in the awful sport or he wouldn't have been raising the birds, but IIRC, DeWine later backtracked and said there was no evidence fighting was going on at the properties.

His photo yesterday of Jake walking in and his aunt sitting right behind his chair (in direct line of sight).....Dhaaaang, like the opening of a horror film, IMO.
