My take on LM's custody mention is that perhaps he's not talking about custody of children. I take him to be something of a loose cannon--and probably for that reason not privy to inner circle knowledge--although I think his statement that he didn't know about the grow ops is just knee-jerk protwctive denial. But recall that his first statement contained some overt threats directed at LE aimed at getting his son's truck released. I think it makes more sense that he was talking about custody of evidence. IOW a suggestion that LE was profitting from property seizures. I do think that is a far better explanation.

Agree. And make orphans of all of them, because they "care". smh JMO
yes, I know the children have surviving parents

For now I believe what his father said. jmo

No but we do know that one (1) was shot once and that two (2) were shot three (3) times.

One victim was shot once; one was shot twice; two victims were shot three times; one victim was shot four times; two victims each had five gunshot wounds and one victim had nine gunshot wounds, according to the coroner’s office.

Right. We know how many GSW's were in each victim. But unless DS did a very thorough examination on his own, KR could have had more than one, because he also said there was blood everywhere. No official report has said who had what. JMO.

ETA: I do note the amount of shots it has been said that GR and KR had, but I'm also keeping my mind open that this could change since no official has said this. Just purely keeping an open mind with continued theories. I'd like to know who had 9. JMO.

I honestly think this whole part of the debate is irrelevant. (And I don't mean you or your post just quoting something regarding this part of discussion) I believe the children were not harmed because they had no reason to be harmed. You guys are coming to the same consensious, that the children were intentionally not harmed. I think that is what matters, not trying to find out the reason why.

I think there's multiple legitimate theories out there as to why the children weren't harmed. But it's unlikely that's the key piece, jmo. Whatever ends up coming out of all this, sure, one of those theories should fit why the children weren't harmed.

Or it could be for none of the theories mentioned and they just didn't want to hurt kids, who knows. jmo.

i guess at this point I consider all of the details we have to be key evidence; considering we don't have much.

Maybe the killer waited for Hanna's baby to be born because he couldn't kill Hanna until she got home from the hospital.

Although, I really don't think the timing had anything to do with her.

I think someone felt left out. Somebody was mad because Cousin Gary was getting a bigger cut than he was.

Someone who thought he was on the inside but suddenly realized he was on the outside.

Someone who smoked a little meth, got really enraged, got really strong, and went on a killing mission. Killed Kenneth first. Then had to kill everybody who might know who was so mad at Kenneth & Chris. Who had witnessed a fight the night before, or heard about it from family members?

Unless they thought the kids would be better off without their parents. Again, grasping at straws. JMO.

Maybe they didn't care.. But if they didn't... It's coincidental that there were 3 children involved and all 3 were the only survivors.. Coincidence? Or they cared?

I believe they were intentionally left alive. Why would you shoot a parent in the bed and leave an infant right there? We know at least one, possibly two, babies were in bed with at least one parent. Obviously, we've got no idea what the lighting was like in those rooms. But the killer(s) managed to NOT shoot infants.

  • #108
Right. Because DS also states that KR was shot once in the head, but we've not had confirmation on that either.
And there could be more shots that his father didn't mention because they believe were minor shots.

Food for thought.

I meant to quote Margo's post, lol

I definitely take everything LM says with a grain of salt. I believe he is thinking of every possibly motive after several members of his family just died and came across the scenes. I also am sure he has had so much information he is all over the place. I don't blame him for coming off as sounding confused or throwing out random thoughts, I think it's to be expected. JMO.

I've also played around with the notion that maybe they were informants of some kind. And the message was to the police and any others considering talking. Maybe they left the babies alive as to say, "you talk, you die." And a message to police to say "see what happens to people you get to "talk"?" Maybe leaving the babies alive was to send a strong message - that if you talk, you will die. Or saying "we don't kill people who don't talk" and that's why the babies were still alive?

As someone else said, grasping at straws and COMPLETELY MY OWN THINKING OUT LOUD AND PERSONAL OPINION.

The words "I think" also work just fine instead of JMO.

This websleuth stuff is weirdly addictive, and I need to curb myself. I'm going to disappear and quit checking what's going on here. Because there is no new information. And I can't stop myself from responding to stuff that people say. What the heck. I don't need another time-consuming habit that leads nowhere. :)

I'll be back to see what you guys are saying if there is breaking news. Because you're interesting even if you are wrong.... haha!

We are talking about reporters giving a portion of a statement here though. Yesterday one got a statement from Gary's father and it became that Chris Jr and Gary were found together.

We don't know how much even Gary's father knows yet. It might be that Gary was only shot three times, that could end up being the case.. But we just don't know for sure yet because there has only been info from the media on that.

That is just something we need to remember, it still falls into speculation in absence of an official report.

OK very funny.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say it probably had nothing to do with it, since most people don't even know when earth day is, but it is indeed a fact! JMO.
I don't think so either. I'm just following along with the 3 days.
4/20 -🚬 Marijuana Day
4/21-🌝 full moon
4/22-🌎 Earth Day

JMO -keeping it in the back of my mind.
**ETA : Oh! And Turkey season opening too.

I think the informant possibility is plausible. There is a precedent for mass assassination of informants, unlike some of the other theories put forward.

Are we allowed to mention Facebook in general terms? Related to the informant theory.

That person seems to have been very close to Kenneth. Not just related but close.

Oh definitely. I've not ruled that out at all either. One my 3,745 theories. I've even pondered LE being involved in one way or another. Keep going back to the shatter bust. JMO.
