Victim #3: Michael Frazier was murdered by Prentiss Hare in Jacksonville, FL on July 11, 2015.

Victim #4: Prentiss Hare murdered 33-year old Jacksonville, FL resident Tiffany Chambers in an alley along W Pleasant St in Springfield, OH. Her skeletal remains were recovered in a patch of woods along Elam Rd near Xenia, OH in May 2016.

Victim #5: In December of 2015, Prentiss Hare strangled Deshun Lumford, 35, to death in his Springfield, OH home.
