Well that’s not good! Why isn’t he with the car? I need to look at a map. Hoping for a good outcome.

It’s only a two hour drive to Kent! And Ashtabula is almost exactly in the middle.

Sorry for serial posting. Where was his car found, I wonder? In a parking lot, at a hotel, on the street, on a deserted road? How was it found and by whom? Soooooo many questions. MOO

Yep. Not that far of a drive at all. Per his gf's FB page, she said he was on his way to her place, and she spoke to him and he was in traffic in Ashtabula.

I need so many more details about the car! How it was found, where it was found, who found it. That would go a long way to giving us something to work with. MOO

Found an update and it doesn't sound good.

Update: Search for Missing Millcreek Man

Compounding the mystery is the fact that the man's car was found parked at Lampe Marina in Erie along the Lake Erie waterfront....The discovery of the car set off a search along and in the water Saturday night and Sunday involving Erie Police, West Lake Water Rescue, and the U.S. Coast Guard. A Coast Guard helicopter was also seen circling the area.

According to Millcreek and Erie police officials choppy waters on the lake brought an end to the search Sunday afternoon.

This must be the 4th or 5th thread I've read on here this week where a car has been abandoned with the owner missing.....amd sadly, I've never read one that ends with them being found.

But I hope this one is different!

Update: Search for Missing Millcreek Man

To Note:
•Rabin Subedi, 21 of Millcreek, is a junior engineering student at Penn State Behrend.
•Rabin was last seen Friday evening in Erie at a hair salon called Culture Cut on West 26th Street.
•After that he texted his girlfriend that he was departing for Kent, Ohio around 6:45 p.m.
•his car was located Saturday afternoon parked at Lampe Marina, that's off the Port Access Road near the South Pier.
•camera footage shows the car driving around the marina area, and parking around 10:00 p.m. Friday.
•Then someone exited the car and headed toward the water.
•there’s been searches along and in the water Saturday night and Sunday
•Millcreek police have custody of the car and for now are continuing to investigate this as a missing person case, though they have not ruled anything out.

Can we link Facebook live posts made by the local news stations?

In the meantime, it has been confirmed by Penn State Behrend that he has not been a student there since summer 2019. Also, based on the surveillance videos, it isn't clear whether he was ever in Ohio that day despite telling his girlfriend. Strange and sad circumstances, I'm not getting a good feeling about this.
