“I know she interacted with men on the internet, and I’ve taken her phone from her because of that,” Milby said.

Milby said that Preston left her phone behind, but everything on it was erased. The phone was then turned over to investigators. Considering the rural area where they live, Milby believes that someone picked up Randi from their home and may be sheltering her.
