Fox was reported missing on Friday, March 20, by family, and deputies found his vehicle outside of the Lawrence Village Apartments.

“We do have what time the vehicle pulled into the parking spot on video, and we do know who parked the vehicle there,” Layman said.

No age, no physical description. No description of the car to see if someone spotted it being driven. Unless I missed something that was in a video or attachment to the news article that's not much to go on. At least LE knows when and who brought his vehicle to the apartments.

I did check Lawrence County court records for civil and other case records for that name and there were none.

Robert was last seen on 03/20/2026 in the County Road 15 area, also known as Lick Creek Road, in Lawrence County. He was last seen wearing a blue KDMC shirt, khaki pants, and white tennis shoes. His vehicle was later located at the Lawrence Village Apartments.

Investigators are currently reviewing digital information collected over the past several days in an effort to determine Mr. Fox's whereabouts.

Deputies said Fox dropped off his wife at home after work before he left to go visit a friend who lives nearby on Lick Creek Road.

“He was taking stuff to a friend who lived on Lick Creek,” Layman said. “We know he was there in speaking with a friend. So, we know he was there at one point, but we don’t know where from there he went.”

Thanks - I found some court records but since the initial msm report had neither full name or age there was no verifying it was the missing man.

In addition to the drug trafficking charges from 2009, he had an arrest for possession of cocaine in 2025. There's more cases at this county search database but that is the most recent. If he's still purchasing or othersie engaging in cocaine use and/or distribution, that could easily put him in harm's way.

I was headed out the door when I posted the above and missed the disposition. He was to undergo treatment, for the drug use likely, he also had two operating under the influence arrests in 2021 and 2024 which can be viewed at the county court record link I'd previously posted.
