What a lowlife scum ball. He will be found guilty and I hope he never gets to breathe fresh air again.

Closing arguments today. This defense attorney thinks they have presented a good case, so Essa didn't need to testify? How about, they couldn't put him on the stand because they knew he would lie? That sounds more likely.

His looks alone are enough to get him convicted.....don't know how his defense atty can overcome THIS.

Gives me chills just looking at his dark aura.

BTW, thanks again ohiogirl for keeping this thread updated. ((hugs))

I'm no legal eagle, but I really don't understand why this is taking so long.
There's no question he killed her. There's no question it was deliberate.
Must be the sentence that's hanging them up.

Maybe there's some guy on the jury that went through a bad divorce and thinks she deserved it.

I'm surprised by this taking as long as it has - really.

I guess I wouldn't make a good juror....this 'thing' oozes evil.

My husband thinks he'll be found innocent, because they can't prove he was the one who put the cyanide in the capsules....boy, I hope not. Won't be long now.
