Thanks for the link. There is a video interview with a lady official from Richland County discussing the crime scene in the woods behind the burnt out house. She says they have a suspicion of who the dead person is but the body was very decomposed and so they will have to wait for DNA to confirm. It could take months to ID. Several people have contacted Richland County about their missing loved ones but none of the missing person's reports match up with the timing of the death. Towards the end, the reporter asks about the Patsy Hudson murder case. Can any locals give us a summary of what the Patsy Hudson case entails?

You know what gets me most about this article? It's obvious that he had serious mental issues based on his past behavior and while I see tons of legal charges ; I see no mention of referral to psychiatric help or intervention. This is why this keeps happening. When you isolate madness it gets evil. Until we start dealing with the underlying issues instead of just penalizing the actions that result from those issues; It will keep happening. Over and over.

Patsy Hudson case ^^
There's been two people charged (the victims neighbors) and pending trial in that case. However, there are a lot of people that don't believe those charged are guilty.

If there has been a murder charge do you think that means that the second body has been ID-ed?

And what about the third body? Maybe not murder?

And what about the third body? Maybe not murder?

Given the state of decomposition, and despite the reported "confession", do you think that they have to establish a cause of death to proceed with charges?

I wonder if the 3rd murder charge has to be filed through Richland Coutny since that is where the body was found? Anyone know how it works when there are crime scenes in different counties?

-When SG ran from police in June he was wearing no shoes and somehow managed to out-run the officers. High and immune to pain? The bare feet lead me to believe that his life had really spiraled out of his control...I think even the most desperate homeless people try to keep themselves in shoes even if ill-fitting.
"He was approached by deputies investigating a report of a suspicious person and took off running. Deputies reported he ran right out of his shoes."

http://www.bucyrustelegraphforum.co...er-neighbor-grate-lived-normal-life/90363016/

So maybe he was not as chaotic or spiraling... he seems pretty calculating to me. He has lost weight since his 2015 FB posts though, so I assume he's been on some serious drugs.

Abduction case: Ashland house wasn't abandoned

(video of owner at link)

http://www.cleveland19.com/clip/12733134/abduction-case-ashland-house-wasnt-abandoned

The house sits across the street from where the owner sits 7 days per week. Amazing two women murdered & a hostage right out your window, in a house you own. It happened.

Charges would have to be filed through Richland County. This one will take a while, related to the state of decomposition. The good news is he is not going to be leaving Ashland County Jail anytime soon.

Maybe "vacant" would have been a better description of the house.

On the day this all came to light (Tues?), I remember the police were processing both houses and the laundromat. I assumed he had stashed the bodies in the house on the right and held the girl alive in the other house. Has anyone heard anything else about the second house next door?

Since he's been charged over the years for violent acts, his facebook shows he went to "Texes" aka Houston, Texas in 1999. Another place to check.

I think that is a home or business in TX that he visited. If you click it, it takes you to
