Family hopes billboard will help in unsolved murder of a Cleveland mother, Sheila Bear-Wallace

A new billboard will be going up at the end of August off of West 130th St. in hopes of bringing the case back into the spot light.''

So they had the killers on video shooting the victim. A few months later the gun used was also used in connection with another crime and linked to DuJuan. That was 2019. What took so long to close the case? At least they got it done.
