Charlie Reader says he did not know the man he texted was on witness list for his prosecution which broke a gag order. “I am just a country guy trying to get my tractor fixed so I can get wood to heat my house.” Reader’s lawyer says they “settled the issue” in judge’s chambers.

Meh. What will be will be.

It has no impact on the trial against the Wagners for murdering the Rhodens and Hannah Gilley. Defense attorneys will have to come up with something better.

He should conduct himself in a professional manner and if he's found guilty he should be treated no different than anyone else would be. This is just not ok, any of it imo. My opinion only he's guilty and conceited

IMO this sheriff is being politically attacked by those he wouldn't let buy him. The county suffers while the "intern" sheriff sits in the office. Drugs and theft is on a rapid increase since Sheriff Reader has been attacked. Corruptness started in the other offices being held - time for it to end.
