The comments on the PD Facebook page & the 2009 charge of a minor under the age of 13 makes me wonder if that victim was a family member..... perhaps a son/daughter of Jr?

If so I do see how and why he snapped.
Sexual abuse destroys people's lives. His father should have NEVER been released.

Sr. was incarcerated from 2009-2019, so I'm super curious to know why now, 5 years after his release Jr. finally snapped. Were more un-repoted victims from the past discovered or did Sr. very recently reoffend? Or something completely unrelated occur between the two? Did something unrelated happen to cause Jr's mental state to change? I have so many questions.
