One more time for the people in the back, the brother-in-law is married to Spencer's sister.“The woman, who cried throughout the call, continually told the dispatcher she was “OK” and “just emotional,” through sniffles.
“Well, can I ask what had you called 911 in the first place?” the operator questioned.
“Because me and my man got into it, but I’m OK, I promise,” she responded.
“Did anything ever get physical?” the operator asked, to which the woman replied “No” and clarified that nobody had hit each other.”
So if BIL decides to tell everyone this is not his wife’s sister Monique, who is this? Who is the woman and who is her man?
....but at 2-5am...anything is on the tableGood thought. There was a case of a home invasion where the assailants posed as UPS delivery drivers.
I’ve read a number of social media comments that describe the neighborhood as gentrified. Some comments seemed to have an edge of hostility about gentrification. Perhaps someone from the area had a grudge against the local ‘up and comers’, viewing them as privileged. Not a top theory for me, though.
I just noticed: He has an (unmanly in my eyes) gait, which would be called by med experts "internal rotational gait". MOOI feel like it's super obvious in the clearer close-up shots and the news need to do a better job of showing it, because dat ass is really the only distinctive feature you can get aside from height. Even weight/build is hard to tell with jacket on.
People get accused for being vocal or being too quiet. You can't win. Jmo.I'm not understanding the criticism I'm seeing in regard to the brother-in-law speaking out so frequently.
The number one complaint we hear from families in similar situations, is that their case isn't receiving much media attention. Why? Because they know that media attention can help bring about a resolution. It applies pressure to law enforcement, and can help generate leads.
If I was in his position I'd be speaking to absolutely any outlet that would listen, and I wouldn't shut up until the case was solved.
Did you listen to the video interview? I just did, and the BIL does NOT make it seem like Spencer was in a relationship with someone else. He says Spencer and Monique threw lots of parties and that night they had other people over partying at the house. It was another party-goer having a temporary "freak out" and "mental health" issue after too much to drink. He said very convincinly that S & M were very happy together. It’s making it seem that Spencer was in a relationship with someone else. That’s what it sounds like.
He should be staying silent. He is not a blood relation. It reeks of self importance and self promotion and… yikes.
Police stay silent for a reason too.
April 15th 2025 was a Tuesday, 2.45am on a Tuesday would mean they had a late night party on a Monday night. Seems unlikely with a newborn and a 3/4 year oldYhr
The call was reportedly made at 2.45am. Could have been a house guest who was staying over .
Good point ‘lived with them’ and simultaneously’a person attending the party’I'm confused who lived with them then a man a woman or a couple?????
I found that odd too, and wondered how the BIL knew their schedule that far back. If the victims really were partying with people in the middle of the night on Tuesday with alcohol and potentially other mind-altering substances, and there was a domestic dispute during the party, it does make one wonder what kind of people they were hanging around, and if any of them could have been dangerous / unhinged enough to murder them.April 15th 2025 was a Tuesday, 2.45am on a Tuesday would mean they had a late night party on a Monday night. Mentioned briefly here by the brother in law (RM) at 5m20 seconds in. RM says Spencer had a positive effect and his ‘little brother’ is successful now:Another curiosity question… has anyone heard more detail about the relationships spencer had with the big brother/sister program? Anyone given access to home?
One more time for the people in the back, the brother-in-law is married to Spencer's sister.
Additionally, the identity of the caller and her "man" is really no one's business.
I hear ya, totally, but I also note that the murders happened in the early morning of Dec 30, which was a Tuesday. If there was any socializing before the murders, it would've been on a Monday night.April 15th 2025 was a Tuesday, 2.45am on a Tuesday would mean they had a late night party on a Monday night. So the brother in law has done yet another interview (of course - does he have a PR manager and agent now?) and said he knows who made the domestic dispute call and it wasn’t Monique, another woman who lived there at the time. How would he know this and more importantly why add fuel to the fire? Especially since the female on the domestic disturbance call said she was having a verbal argument with her partner? Is he trying to make his brother in law look bad?
If this came across snarky, I didn’t mean it that way. I think their dog could have been scared with everything going on and the other dogs were more familiar with this type of situation.I was speaking about the need for two therapy dogs to be brought in when the children already had a dog. I didn't say it was relevant. IMO
I thought I'd read that ST was on the floor next to the bed?Apparently, ST was found in his bed surrounded in blood.
That is where his body was seen as pointed out by a witness.
I am really curious about the outcome of this case.
Appears to be a personal attack against ST. Was someone angry at ST?
Was it initially supposed to be a burglary attempt?
It does appear the killer had to leave quickly.
Just not enough info about the couple at this time.
Just an opinion
I think he’s a lawyer. I read somewhere that it’s alleged that his home is one of the homes being protected by LE.My husband said a lawyer sounds familiar but can't remember for sure
I think a 911 call made from a home where a couple of months later a double homicide occurs should at least be ruled in or out as pertinent to the case. One more time for the people in the back, the brother-in-law is married to Spencer's sister.

This morning, I woke up and in my half-asleep state, I thought I saw a headline that BIL was responsible. However, it was just another interview with him.
FWIW (not a lot I know), my first thought when I mistakenly read that, was not surprise or shock. Rather, that it should have been obvious. Naturally, this is real life, but in an Agatha Christie novel, BIL would be a prime suspect.
It IS actually shocking how much BIL has inserted himself into this story. Very telling that he is not talking to police right now, he admits another (likely more responsible) family member is handling the real work. I also rewatched some of his interviews just now and I note there are no real tears shed.
I'm not saying he should be a suspect (I will accept he isn't, if police have ruled him out), I'm just saying I'd divorce a man for less, and I think his behavior must be, at least, embarrassing for some of his family
