Just enough to get an arrest and extradition, the rest comes later when he's in thier custody - MOO.They must. But the PCA is so short, compared to some we have seen.

Does Ohio have the death penalty?
Who said this??How can that be the case when they were allegedly shot when they were sleeping in their beds? How is that possible?
No, it doesn’t. It certainly makes it harder to get, but it does prevent someone from putting forth an insanity defense.Yes steroid use can cause:
-Mood Swings
-Aggression and Violence
-Paranoia and Delusions
And as a side note, illegal drug use or abuse prevents a killer from using the NGRI defense, Not Guilty By Reason of Insanity.
And is DOB is 06/29/86.Be cautious when sleuthing McKee. There is a well known orthopedic surgeon with the same name who has practiced in AZ and perhaps other states. Likely unrelated. This McKee was a vascular surgeon.
I wonder what his motive was after almost a decade since divorced? It's not over the kids cuz they aren't his.
It’s more common than you think.Wow, I suspected the ex at first but then I told myself there’s no way someone can hold a grudge this long.
You definitely don’t need good social skills to get through medical school…He had the discipline and social skills to get all the way through medical school and become a surgeon.
So what happened?
Was he one of these people with two very different personalities -- fine in public and evil behind closed doors?
Did he actually practice medicine anywhere after obtaining his licenses?
I wonder what any med school classmates, teachers, or any patients have to say about him?

Breaking News: Warrant Arrest Filed for Ohio Double Murder of Spencer & Monique Tepe

Yep, my first thought when I saw the video was that it could definitely be the ex (based on the one photo I had seen). Kept that thought to myself, obviously. The info on that warrant issued says he's 6'1" and 200lbs with brown hair and green eyes. I know we can't see features in that video like his eye color or hair, but I'd say the person could be 6'1" and 200 could also fit.
He has a really odd head, reminds me of a Lego Man? Those eyes ...View attachment 636330

Hi Attorney, can you answer a question for me? If Monique wanted to file a complaint, maybe related to some concerns she had about MM. Could she do that and it would not show up in a public court record?Yep, my first thought when I saw the video was that it could definitely be the ex (based on the one photo I had seen). This is a case where the early rumors were true. I think that is often the case. There are always people who know things, and talk.
I’m annoyed at people who commented (elsewhere) that they knew him and that he would never. It’s of course absolutely fair to shut down speculation that could harm a person, but the “he could never” type mentality is pervasive and uninformed. Unless you had dated him (using “him” more generally here), you have no idea. Doesn’t matter what other capacity you knew him in or how many good things he did. Doesn’t matter how successful he is or how prestigious of a career he has. And even if you dated him, you still may have no idea. People can behave differently to different people. Attitudes can change when a girlfriend turns into a wife. Certain people can be more triggering than others. Life circumstances can change. Etc.
I’m obviously coming from a personal place on this, but I’ve seen the Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde in someone. In my case, he went on to be a successful and I’m sure very well liked partner in a prestigious law firm. It can be very difficult to reconcile even when you’re the one who has experienced the two sides. I had to tell myself that I just brought out the worst in him, for me to be able to cope and move forward. I just see the insistence that one “could never” based on a friendship or a public-facing persona as contributing to the difficulty victims often face when they’re in such situations.
One thing stood out to me while watching the Tepes' wedding vows, but was too ambiguous at the time to draw any conclusions from.True, but perhaps her having a family set him off? Maybe he had wanted children with her, and she refused? Then he obsesses over Spencer living the dream that he felt should have been his life with Monique?
Just speculating.
I mean this is how he looks after 5+ years of hatred eating from the inside out. I saw an older picture of him and he's kinda similar looking to ST imo.He has a really odd head, reminds me of a Lego Man? Those eyes ...
