Uniontown police said 78-year-old Susan Franklin left her home on Yorktown Street NW around 2 pm Tuesday and did not return.

Police describe Franklin as being 5'5" and 179 lbs.

They said she has Dementia and has no medications with her.

The vehicle involved has the license plate number HKJ8761. The vehicle pictured is not the actual vehicle involved.
