Attempt to Locate: This is a photo of Tamara Martin, who has been missing since the morning of August 24th. Tamara is a 54 year old white female, 5'4, 180 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes. Tamara was last seen in the 200 block of Hanover, but is known to be an avid walker so could be anywhere in the Toledo area at this time. She also suffers from mental health issues, so her caretakers are concerned for her safety.
