There is a thread for Taylor in the 'Missing Persons Information & Support' forum, but I thought she deserved a thread here in the Discussion forum. This girl has not received enough attention from the public.

Taylor is 19, a university student with dreams of becoming a neonatal nurse. She holds down 2 jobs and by all accounts is a very responsible young woman.

Taylor was last seen late in the evening of May 3 when her mother dropped her off for an overnight shift at someone's home to look after a 24 year old disabled woman. When her mother went to pick her up at 7 am the next morning, Taylor wasn't there. Her jacket and shoes were left behind.

Let's bring this lovely young woman home!

Questions I have:

Why did they bring the FBI in so quickly? Was it to be able to access her cell phone records quicker?

Her mother went to pick her up at 7:00. Taylor's cell phone wasn't turned off until 7:30. Could they ping where it was at 7:30?

From one of the articles above...

Investigators and family members also say Taylor has a former boyfriend, a man she had dated until recently. He called Taylor’s cellphone late Friday night. The call lasted two minutes.

The former boyfriend has retained a lawyer and it is unclear what, if any, statement he has given to police.

BBM. Hmm.

I do hope they find her soon. It's been a whole month since she's been gone. :(

I wonder if Taylor had worked at the same house for a while. Was it a regular client? Who would have known she was there? Would the boyfriend? Would neighbours be aware that there was a young health care worker there overnight? Had they seen her or talked to her before?

Did the disabled woman live alone and require 24 hour care? Did others live in the house? If so, where were they that night? Are there tenants in the same house?

Presuming there was foul play, clearly this is a case where Taylor wasn't grabbed off the street. Her jacket and shoes were inside the house, so it seems she was taken from there. Was she lured outside?

Carmilla Robinson scoured Facebook pages looking for any clues into her daughter's disappearance and came across several startling posts. People claimed that Taylor Robinson's body was found behind an Akron grocery store.

The social media posts were more than insensitive. They were flat-out false. Taylor remains missing. <snip>

Akron detectives were made aware of the Facebook messages and quickly determined they weren't valid. Lt. Rick Edwards said police have investigated 15 to 20 leads since Taylor vanished more than a month ago, but new tips are few and far between.

On a different note, while the ex should clearly be checked out, I noticed that there is a registered SO on the street where Taylor went missing.

I don't know exact address of where she was working. Has anyone seen that?

I hope they find this young woman. It's been so long and since they have no idea where to start, it's even harder.

Shoes in the house - this is the weirdest part. Wouldn't she put them on if she had to go outsde for whatever reason? Or maybe she had another, more comfortable pair of shoes that she used inside if she stayed with a client overnight? Did she hear something outside and went out to have a look?

This is the family's facebook page "Help Find Taylor Robinson"

https://www.facebook.com/helpfindtaylorrobinson

There is not much activity from page visitors. This is sad!

Only 123 "likes" on this page. :( (I think of the reaction to the Micky Shunick case or the Tim Bosma case and I can't, for the life of me, figure out why Taylor's situation isn't equally upsetting to the general public.) :banghead:

Hang in there Taylor! People are looking for you. We care.
