I created this thread because I saw Tera's case in NamUs. I can't find additional information about the circumstances, but she has family on social media searching for her.

The remains of a man and woman found buried in concrete in the basement of a home on Sullivant Avenue on the West Side may be those of two reported missing persons, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio said Friday.
The remains could be those of Henry Clay Watson, 49, and Tera Lynn Pennington, 46, both of the West Side, who were reported missing on Aug. 26, 2018, DeVillers said.

Bodies in Sullivant Avenue basement may be 2018 missing persons

(Somehow the "last contact" and "missing" dates are different)

How horrific. Hopefully they can lock away forever the person or people who did this. My thoughts go out to these victims' families.

Awful. I wonder how LE was lead to that locale?

Just looked up Mr. Watson, and loved ones have been searching for him as well.

According to a database of missing persons on the Ohio Attorney General’s website, Watson was 49 when he was declared missing in August 2018 and would be 52 now.

Pennington was 46 when she was declared missing and would be 48 now. The attorney general’s site said she was last seen in Columbus in March 2019.

Apparently Tera's case has been resolved considering her NamUs and Ohio AG profiles have both been removed. I haven't found any updates that confirm the remains located were ever identified as Tera's. IMO, it's safe to assume she is no longer with us. :( Rest peacefully, Tera and Henry. May justice come quickly.

The comments are quite interesting. - Columbus Division of Police

US Attorney Southern District of Ohio - Another interesting comment.

Were either of the victims dead from those gunshot wounds before they were dismembered? Maybe I don’t even want to ask that question.
