We need your help locating Thomas H. Cook (age 49) who is entered statewide as an Endangered Missing Person. His family has had no contact with him since January 5, and we want to locate him to check on his welfare.
Mr. Cook's last known location was in the area of Main. St. and Stewart St. in Dayton, on January 5, 2019. Mr. Cook is 5'9" and about 160 pounds.
If you observe or locate him outside the city of Kettering, please contact your local police agency or call 911. If you locate him in Kettering, or have information on his whereabouts, please call Kettering Dispatch at 937-296-2555.
