Trevyn Smith, 31, was last seen on Nov. 11. Smith is bipolar and doesn't have access to his medication. He was last seen on Wyoming Avenue in the Price Hill area.

Smith doesn't have a car. He is believed to be walking or getting rides from people. Smith is 6'1" and 187 pounds. He also goes by the nicknames "Dred" or "Pone".
