Police: Missing man not seen, heard from since leaving UC hospital
Cincinnati police are looking for a missing 27-year-old man.
Police say they were told Zarrel West was dropped off at University of Cincinnati Medical Center, 234 Goodman St., on Jan. 28 for chest pain. The person that reported him missing tells police he has not been seen and no one has heard from him since he was discharged.
West is about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs roughly 170 lbs. He has brown eyes and brown curly hair. He was wearing a blue T-shirt, blue jeans, and a black jacket when he was dropped off at UCMC.
His last known address was in the Lower Price Hill area.
The person who reported him missing told police he is bipolar, epileptic, has ADHD, as well as a behavior disorder. They said he has one working lung and may be violent or cause harm to himself.
