Looks like a couple of LE vehicles doing something at a turn off on the highway. The newspeople almost got hit running over their so fast.

the stone quarries are deep. Freq drowning happens in these quarries, mostly young teens that dont realize what they are getting into.
This is day 5 right? if they are looking for bodies, I think they would be floating by now. Any sign of cadaver dogs that we know of?

Would anything be floating if it was weighted down with something? Maybe they're looking in the water for something else...the post up above about him having a receipt for a tarp sounds ominous.

Ten or so days depending on how cold or warm the water is. Warmer is sooner.

It appears one boat is in each body of water. I think three are being searched right now.

Investigators tracked Hoffman down with the help of a receipt for a tarp that was purchased at a Walmart store in Mount Vernon.

This is like when they were looking for Chelsea King in San Diego County. There were boats out and LE walking along the shore. It was a shore crew who saw something unusual, disturbed earth, but they couldn't reach it on foot, so contacted boat, they came to shore and found Chelsea.

Wonder if they're doing that here?

Anyone else watch the 10tv noon news? I heard them say that the suspect was tracked down from a receipt purchasing a tarp.

Thanks, missed it, but that seems odd. From the press release yesterday, they seemed confident they were going to find the young girl and hoped to find the others at Hoffman's house. How would they know the girl was going to be there based on a purchase of a tarp. Must be more to it.
