I wonder why an animal control truck would be unmarked...my neighbor works in animal control - his truck is marked..and we've had to call AC to the office & their trucks are marked.

Animal control in these areas often are volunteer or they use the trucks for multiple purposes so they may not label them.

If he did. With the crazy twists and turns in this case, there could be another person involved as well. I still can't figure out the whole truck switching, the four person abduction, the "accidental" pool of blood that doesn't indicate foul play, or how this creep even knew the family! :waitasec:
