Cleveland Police Department has issued a Missing Adult Alert for a man who hasn't been seen in more than 9 days.
Police say 70-year-old Tyrone Reed suffers from dementia and diabetes and hasn't been seen since August 2.
Reed was last seen on Stokes Boulevard in Cleveland.
Reed is described as a black male, 6'1" and weighs about 190 pounds.
If anyone has information regarding Reed's whereabouts, call 9-1-1 or 1-866-693-9171 to be transferred directly to the investigating law enforcement agency."
