Does anyone know if M.'s father is Franklin S. Jr or Sr?

Prayers for this little girl, such a sweet face! It doesn't look like she has had the best home life.

This is bizarre.

From what I've found through detailed police blotters, two men live in the home. Both are sons of Frank S. and the as yet unnamed mother- making them M.'s older brothers. One is 20 and the
other is 19, technically a teenager.

Looks like there might be a 16yo brother as well.

According to this, it is Senior.

JPD received a call at 2:10 a.m. Friday morning from Frank S. Sr., claiming that his daughter M. S. was last seen about 1:30 a.m.

According to Jackson Police, S.claimed he and some other males had gone to a nearby gas station to pump up a tire and left M. on the front porch with an unidentified 15-year-old male. When they returned, the male reported M. had disappeared. The police were notified and the search began

M.'s mother Brenda S. is currently incarcerated on unrelated charges

The original report said that the dad was home at the time, but he wasn't. And where did they turn up a 15 year old babysitter in the dead of night?

I feel sick about this one. :(

I am praying this ends well, but my gut tells me otherwise. The 15 year old male could be related, could not. We just don't know yet. The more I read, the more discouraged I get.

bbm

I wonder how long they were gone?

Who is the babysitter?

This reminds me of some other cases with teenage babysitters.

She couldn't have gone far on her own.

I hope M. is found safe soon. :please:

I'm not familiar with the area, but using google maps, it looks like the nearest gas station is at 214 Bridge Street in Jackson, Ohio.

I've never tried to post a map so I hope this works.

If they were driving, it would take about 5 minutes. If the tire was off of the vehicle and they were walking, it would take about 12 minutes.

Totally different story!!!!

Family members tell WSAZ.com a man came to their home on N. Chestnut Street about 1:30 Friday morning and asked to use the phone. 6-year-old M. S. was on the front porch with her father at the time. Her father went into the house to get a phone, leaving the front door open and the girl on the porch. When he returned, M. and the man who had asked to use the phone were both gone.

The man had apparently been at the house earlier in the evening to buy electronics from S.’s father.
