Police: Missing man known for making threats to be considered 'armed and dangerous'
Cincinnati police are searching for man who disappeared after making several threats to harm himself and others.

Cincinnati police are searching for man who disappeared after making several threats to harm himself and others.
According to police, 23-year-old Zephaniah Watkins made threats to harm himself, his child's mother, and others.
Police said he is known to frequent 5738 Argus Road in College Hill and 6200 Manuel Street in Madisonville.
Watkins also called a former teacher and made threats over the phone, police said.
Police said it's unclear when Watkins was last seen.
According to police, Watkins has been seen with a gun and should be considered armed and dangerous.
Watkins is described as 5'9" tall, approximately 200 lbs. with brown eyes.
