I don't think it a funny story. how truly awful those three men were scared enough to leave the bar because they thought they may face retribution of some kind. what made them feel this may be a possibility? there's something rotten in the state of Denmark.![]()

Simpsons' lawyers may have a hard time if they try to play the race card. Rumor has it that Michael Jordan and a few friends/family had dinner at the same restaurant just a few weeks ago,and the owner of the restaurant was more than honored to have Mr. Jordan dine at his establishment.
It's just a rumor .... but we'll see.
Man I am so sick of this...
Whenever there is some kind of debate on race, it seems to get blown out of proportion on here...especially from a certain people. Makes you wonder how people really act.
My point on this story? OJ went to the owner and told him he understood and quietly left. Unless his lawyer was in that party, OJ or people in his group made it an issue after he left. More than likely to try and get money unjustifiably.
Funny story here....
We didn't decide to go find the closest black person and string them up. Sadly the same can't be said of the aftermath of the King verdicts.

Let me let you all in on something if you haven't guessed about me. I'm black. My wife is on this forum too. She's white. She gets more fired up about the posts made on racial issues than I do. But when I heard on the news that OJ's lawyers were trying to play the race card, I screamed "bull***" For God's sake, the owner had a picture of him with his arm around OJ prior to the trial. This isn't a race issue, it's a decency issue. Even if OJ's lawyer was the one that pushed this, OJ should have found the decency to stop him.
But once again, I think this is OJ trying to get money. If you want my opinion (tough if you don't) I think he did commit the murders. All the evidence was basically pointing that he was the one. Who else would have done it...Kato???
OJ When people use the race card in this context it insults all who have been legitimately discriminated against.
And they say Kentucky is backward!!![]()
Hurray for Mr Ruby! Proud to have him and restaurant here in Louisville. Just may have to go have a big ol dinner there just to say THANKS!
And of course it's going to be made into a race issue...especially on the heels of the Imus issue. I pray to God that OJ and his loser lawyer get nowhere and that Mr Ruby keeps on doing what he's doing!!!
LOL... if the jury would have done the right thing in that trial, then OJ may have been found guilty in his. I remember watching the video of Rodney King getting beaten within days of the story breaking and said, "Well, that guy is gonna be rich". For God's sake, how many cops does it take to subdue one man....even if he was resisting? It's hard to see the image of that one cop that was swinging his baton back and forth like a frustrated golfer...
lol MREG
Let me know if you go to dinner there, I'll join ya!!![]()
