I can't believe this isn't a bigger story! Nine children were kept hostage, and some of them (I'm not quite sure what this family tree looks like) were the result of the father raping his stepdaughter. She gave birth for the first time at age 12.

This was exposed by a woman who hired him to do some work on her house.
