I love that the drill to make sure there isn't the same chaos and issues with who is in command as last time had to be cancelled because... there was chaos and issues with who was in command! FEMA hasn't learned a single thing!

sounds like a big clusterfok to me, about the trailer park land...they need to be ready & aware...i'm glad i don't live there..
