Her middle name is Dawn. She does have a distinct neck tattoo that might be useful in identifing her if her hair is shorter or is worn up (the tattoo photo is 10 years old but I imagine she still has it). The second photo, taken in November 2024, is likely more current than the "missing" photo

There is a April M. Storey in the system (same link as above) for a civil matter in 2010 and a April M. Jenkins with an older matter. Neither of those records show a date of birth.
HOWEVER, the same family member listed in the public record with April M. Story is listed in another civil matter with April M. Jenkins, so I would presume they are the same person. But no date of birth or any other identifying information.

So these likely are separate inquiries, in my opinion..

Take a look at the picture at the link. I think it could be her. It looks like there is a neck tattoo, but it isn't clear from the picture angle. The statistics are slightly off, but only slightly, age 36 in stead of 37, height 5'6" instead of 5'7". What do you think?
