Where did you get the full DOB in the thread title?
I only see it listed as 1963 on the Claimus Site.

Funeral homes and coroners usually put info. about the deceased out there on tributes.com, etc. This, in and of itself, does not mean the person was claimed. If relatives or any other personal info. was mentioned , I would be more inclined to believe he was claimed.

I am a childhood friend of Ralph's and can confirm the pictures at the below link are that of the Ralph Devore that grew up around Rushville Il (indicated as Ralph's address at DOD). Ralph and I went to Versailles Grade School together in the 1970s when Ralph lived in Ripley Il (just outside of Rushville). His mom Bonnie lives Rushville today. As I understand it, Ralph died on Dec 16th, 2012 while living in Rushville. Not sure this information is of any help, but I thought I would comment as I may be the only person who may stumble on this page that knew Ralph.
