Police suspect foul play may be involved in the disappearance of a 54-year old man who hasn't had contact with friends or family members since May.


When Doran VanWinkle disappeared, police said he left his home abandoned, and left behind some medical equipment that his family said he needs to use on a daily basis.

VanWinkle is a white male, about 5 feet 10 inches tall who weighs 140 pounds. He has long brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about Van Winkle is asked to call the Tulsa Police Department by calling 911, or by calling Detective Margaret Loveall at (918) 596-9333.

Police are looking for information regarding the disappearance of a 54-year-old Tulsa man.

Doran Lee VanWinkle has had no contact with family or neighbors since May and his residence has been abandoned, police say.

VanWinkle is a 5-feet-10, 140-pound white man. He has brown eyes and brown hair that is usually worn long.

Relatives are concerned about VanWinkle’s health because he has medical conditions that require constant treatment, but his medical equipment was left behind.

Anyone with information should call 911 or Detective Margaret Loveall at 596-9333.
