yeah... it just makes me mad because if it happens in OK or the midwest/SW... it isn't going to make the headlines most of the time. its sad. its like the east / west coast are COMPLETELY different worlds!!!

I agree!! It SHOULD be huge news nationwide, IMO. You never know where these perps are coming from and being in the middle of the country...they could hop I-40 and go anywhere fast.

This case as well as the one in Indy make my blood boil. Although I am thrilled both perps, (or the same perp???) left the girls out alive, I feel that dumping them out nude, broken and torn in a public place is another thrill for the perp in itself. It further degrades the child, and dehumanizes them. I was VERY modest at 5, as well where one of my children. To me, having to walk in a neighborhood, naked and bleeding would be almost as bad as the act itself. I think the perp probably was put into degrading situations like this as a child. Of course, not an excuse, but an MO most likely.

I haven't heard of any arrests or even POIs in this case. They have only released a vague description of the perp and don't have the composite sketch yet. I will keep my eyes n ears open tho!

I live in California, and there has been no news out here. I agree, it should be brought to national attention, especially with a sketh of the perv. This case is just as horrible as "M's".

I had a client come in today who knows her family. She said they are devastated. The girl is having a very difficult time which is to be expected, but still very traumatized. She mentioned how brave she was while dealing with the police tho.

Broke my heart. This little girl should not have to be brave and dealing with police!! She should be excited about school, playing dolls, riding bikes, and being adored. How DARE this animal take it all away from her!!! !

I can't help but feel that unless she gets some very expensive, very detailed psychological help as she grows up that she's going to have a lot of problems when she becomes an adult. I hope she's getting this therapy.
