I'm confused. I was reading this thread yesterday & came back to it today. What do the Jamieson's have to do with it and is there another thread going on where things were moved to?

It is confussing at first.

The Jamison's case and this case are similar in that these siblings used the selling of property to lure the victims in their case and the Jamison's came up missing while looking at property.

We were posting about it yesterday and had alot of information on this family to post so this thread was started so not to fill the Jamison thread up.

The MO is alike and the Jamison's were last seen a little over an hour away per post above. I mapped it at 2 hours. But I am bad with maps.

There has been nothing to link them together.

Thank you so much for this insight. I can't imagine what it's like to know people for that long and then being hit w/ this news. I hope as more information comes to light we can learn why/how things like this happen. It's always so helpful when someone can verify or confirm questions 'we' might have. Was glen around while you worked, did he also work there also?

I have known Glen for as long as I have known the family. I have worked many a day with him. He was not always around, at times he worked else where. When his father died he worked at the lot, the father died of a heart attack while working, Glen took over, I worked with him for several months after that.

Were you aware that prior to this incident Glen is supposed to be on the Seminole County Sex Offender's Registry? I'm curious if that was 'common knowledge'(as it sometimes is in small towns) or was it a 'secret'?
I am genuinely curious.

Did Gouker or his sister ever hold themselves out to be Real Estate agents? Is there property in the area the Jamisons disappeared from held by a Gouker? Can you find any connection at all, besides the similarities in the crime?

I know I asked all those questions, but please keep in mind that all the answers may not be able to be posted. I think this is an interesting line of questioning though and should be followed up if anyone has the time or inclination.

I have looked though craigs list looking for ads listed in there. It appears from a post on topix that Glen did use the computer which helps when searching for information. I like to search email addresses as that sometimes will hit on a Screen name and lead you tons of places.
I found he put an ad on Tradekey.com for the flying G bussiness so when I get few minutes to search I plan to start with the places he listed he real bussiness for his fake ones.
I also need to read all of the Jamisons threads as they could be already something in them that may connect them you never know. The UID couple found near them was found at a camp ground They were shot.

I found this odd campground link thing with his company name.
I had dismissed it yesterday but so sure what to think really.

What type of property did the Jameson look at, was it a couple of lots? I know the sister, Michele, have known her since she was 11 or 12. Glen was a very private person, stayed to himself pretty much.

BBM OMgoodness! glen came looking for the victim at the neighbors house! Can you imagine the fear for both the victim and that poor neighbor. The neighbor hid her in the closet and convinced glen she was'nt there!! Good job neighbor!! How hard that must have been.

I wonder if glen's neighbors have had problems w/ him before this? Poor Ethan! I wonder if this was his property he was selling? 19 seems young to be owning and selling much less haggling about property. Did glen just get beyond mad because Ethan would'nt budge on the price? I think it must've been spur of the moment, for Ethan. He must've thought he was going to be in trouble for the murder, what did he have to lose by taking the girl? But the sister??

I don't know what caused these two people to do these crimes but to me it seems so premeditated.

If not, why would the woman come out and get the young woman to be a witness to it? It is like they wanted her to see that they had mortally wounded her boyfriend and that just sends chills through me.

It reminds me somewhat of Chris and Shannon's case. Him being brutally murdered and her being viscously raped except Shannon died a torturous death along with Chris.

It seems so unfeeling and cold and the woman coming in to see that the lady was still bound also reminds me of the wretched woman in Chris and Shannon's case. How do people become so cold and removed. So devoid of compassion and a heart of stone?

The fact that this brother & sister worked in tandem in a murder/rape/torture brings up some uncomfy thoughts about the nature of their sibling 'relationship' no?
Also the fact Momma claims to believe rape & murder is acceptable self defense again brings ALOT of questions in regards to the total family dynamics.

I'm still curious to hear an answer to my question from the poster who claims to know the family:
"Was it common knowledge that Glen was a convicted sex offender and was supposed to be registered as an offender on the Seminole County Sex Offender Registry?"

Maybe someone that knows how will post side by side pictures of Gouker and the composite for us to compare.

As far as Harris Oil, I'm not sure what the scanner radio is recording, but could it be they supply the gasoline/diesel fuel for his equipment?

I definitely see a resemblance and WOW about the second article. Human bones in a barrel found by a "tree trimming" employee! Lots of similarities among these cases. I don't believe this was the first killing by Gouker and hopefully more cold cases can be solved through this discovery.
