Arraignment hearing rescheduled on 5/12/22. 5/12/22 Update: Judge Pazzo presiding. State by Ada Gibbs present; defendant present in RCJ custody, her attorney Nathan Milner not present. Comes on for DCA; court did make contact via phone & spoke directly. Arraignment hearing rescheduled on 5/19/22 @ 9:30am.

@ShHolmz - I see the Pennington has now been arraigned 3 times. Are the charges different?
This is what I have for his charges:
with kidnapping, domestic assault & battery with a dangerous weapon, 5 counts of child abuse, 1 count of child neglect, conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance & possession of drug paraphernalia.

And I have his McGirt hearing on 8/12/22 - where I moved him to. Any other updates for his case?
