Apparently, the RSO is living with another relative. A relative of the RSO and the survivor!

If he is recently released from custody, he may have 30 or 60 days (or the like) to locate a long-term residence.

If the RSO can't be required to pressured to move, I have a truck & trailer let's get that lady outa there!!!

It only prevents them from living close to schools and churches, not victims. This poor girl...sounds like she's got some fight in her, though.
