OK - Ivy Webster, 14 and Brittney Brewer, 16, among 7 murdered by Jesse McFadden, Henryetta, 1 May 2023

"Nothing in that house had to do with the homicide investigation."

"The crime scene was on property; so therefore nothing in the house is connected to the crime investigated. Last time I checked, nobody I heard of getting killed with a computer or cell phone. There might be child *advertiser censored* on the phones and the computers and there might've been sex crimes occurring with chains and sex toys and might've been illegal drug use in that house, but none of that was involved in the homicide."

Re: " "Nothing in that house had to do with the homicide investigation."

"That is just INSANE to even think that way! Especially for LE IMHO! There have been plenty of crimes committed in one place, and LE investigated other places (Homes, lockers, businesses, workplaces, etc.) One such case is the Moscow murders. BK's home, and his parents home, were searched, and the murders were committed in a completely different state, let alone a yard vs the house in the yard.

PA - Here's what police took from the Moscow murder suspect's home in Pennsylvania

Pullman - Search warrant details what investigators found in Moscow murder suspect's apartment

Also, "Last time I checked, nobody I heard of getting killed with a computer or cell phone" is not only sarcastic IMO, it's obviously "not wanting to go there". It seems like they are doing everything in their power to avoid digging up more details/information to what else and WHO ELSE might be involved (that's still alive and kicking). smh This is just beyond crazy to me.

Although the initial investigators on scene of the McFadden case are not talking to the media, they are talking on Facebook on a page without private settings.

So, I guess there is your explanation into why they just chose to release all of that back to the family: despite admitting it was clear other crimes could be involved, that's not the one they were there for.

Statements like that make me think that LE was either 100% incompetent or complicit.

Or both.

MOO.

So it seems like they just don’t care? I thought it was incompetence but this is somehow even worse. They simply don’t care because he’s dead so who cares if he has a CSAM ring going or if he has other victims or if others are involved.

I’m glad you said it. It’s hard not to think that LE somehow is involved and covering up.

Maybe they care about what would be found, so they ignored it and thought others would also.

HENRYETTA UPDATE:

This is the first @OSBI_OK press release we’re receiving about the murder-suicide

They said they have been working to figure out if there are other victims or suspects not yet identified.

They have been working with the Grand River Dam Authority, the Okmulgee County District Attorney’s Taskforce, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.

LE was not experienced enough to handle this case and it should have been turned over to OSBI immediately, not the other way around. OSBI should have brought in the FBI once they viewed the drugs, sex toys, restraints, etc. in the house knowing/now understanding who Jesse McFadden was. Finding the missing girls dead on the property along with him and his family why wouldn’t they (LE) think they should look at the electronics for why he did it or if there were victims? Or bring drugs to be tested to see what it was in case it does or doesn’t show up in a toxicology report. To me and listening to LE talk to the family, it screams inexperience and embarrassment. IMHO

So I guess if a woman is raped in one room and killed in another, they only collect evidence from the room she was killed in. That's two thumbs down investigators.

ETA: This seems as if they are willing to dismiss the sex crimes that possibly occurred. Was there absolutely no evidence of abuse or sexual assault in the autopsies? Were they even completely yet at that point? I can't wrap my head around this.

Ivy’s father was on Banfield last night. She’s so annoying but so far she has been reporting on it more than any other televised platforms.

Ivys father said that she was sexually violated. He was told that after the autopsy as well as finding out they can’t have an open coffin for Ivy due to her being shot twice in the face. Nauseating.

AB asked if all of them were sexually violated and he said it wasn’t his place to speak for the others. He said he does feel better that’s it’s no longer in the hands of LE. OSBI will be doing forensics on all of the electronics.

Also on was a retired FBI official and he was very vocal about how poorly LE handled this. He said upon the findings that this should have been a live presser and FBI should have been notified immediately. He thinks there is much more that will come from the investigation.

They are going to look into other missing persons in the area.

How horrible for these families. If all of us assumed there were SAs, why would LE not? How could they think the house items were unrelated? So terrible. :(

Clearly, because the families of the two teenaged friends of the daughter had no idea they were allowing their kids to go on sleep overs in the home of a convicted sex offender. So the sex offender was let out of prison early for the supposed good behavior, even though he was facing a new trial for communicating with a teen while he was locked up. Was not on parole or under any supervision, and was able to have teen girls in his house for sleep overs. Who knows what else he has done while living in that house (with restraints next to the bed and so on). Something ain't right here.

The interview with his prison roommate, who kept up with him after incarceration says he was not on the OK RSO registry.
That means anyone trying to find out if he was an RSO would have concluded he was not.

Exactly how many times did they screw up the cases of this one? Enough to make you wonder how many total cases they screwed up!! Incompetence doesn’t quite explain it

There is no excuse for this. Just the photos alone are serious and enough to be investigated. Why wouldn’t they think about others that could have been abused by him?? Drugs, restraints, injectables, sex toys, etc.

Seems like someone is covering up.

I’m glad reporter Erin Christy is staying on this story, but I wish her stuff was being posted somewhere other than Twitter, especially the insane Facebook conversations among LE. (I don’t like giving any clicks to Twitter.)

I was thinking cover up as well. What else is going to unravel as they pull at the strings of evidence? 32 phones were found at the crime scene as well as a journal with names and ages mentioned in the Banfield interview. The disregard one of the LE had for the family when they called them about the phones they found, was so cold, and seemed so closed-minded. The most unfortunate thing will be if there is more evidence of other people involved, their lawyers could use the argument that LE is not even the one who found the phones and evidence could have been tampered with. How were they even sure this man was not a human trafficker? Did someone come in and kill his whole family or are they 100% sure he took his own life after killing everyone else? How would they know with little to no investigation?

You bring up a darn good point IMO. I'm in no way defending his man because IMO he's scum from what I know about his past. (MOO) I just wanted to say that before the stone throwing. But, what if he was a victim in this particular crime? What if someone else took them all out for whatever their reasons are? Maybe he got sloppy. Maybe he got greedy, Maybe he wasn't following directions from whomever (dark web). Also MOO that he wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer so maybe he was hard to reason with.

None of that would surprise me, nor would it surprise me that he was the one who committed these atrocious murders. But your post did open my mind to other possibilities.

After the family’s discoveries, Okmulgee County District Attorney Carol Iski informed them the OSBI would take over the investigation.

Since the takeover, the Webster family tells KFOR the OSBI’s investigators have brought in a U-Haul and searched the ponds on the property for evidence.

Now, the OSBI is releasing its own statement on the ongoing investigation.

"The OSBI serves as the lead criminal investigative agency in Oklahoma through partnerships with other federal, state, county, and local law enforcement agencies. With original jurisdiction in limited crimes, the OSBI is jurisdictionally available by request to our partners for assistance in various capacities including investigative specialty services, partial, and full investigations.

On Saturday, May 6, 2023, Okmulgee County District Attorney Carol Iski requested the OSBI provide full investigative assistance and assume the lead role in the continuing investigation regarding the homicides of Holly McFadden, Tiffany Guess, Michael Mayo, Rylee Allen, Ivy Webster, and Brittany Brewer at the hands of Jesse McFadden.

The OSBI and our law enforcement partners recognize there is a tremendous amount of information being publicly presented, from a variety of sources, as it relates to this case. In tragedies such as this, when families and communities are grieving and looking for answers, the rapid flow of information, and in some instances speculation, can lead to misinformation being widely disseminated.

Since the misinformation can be a distraction to the families and friends working to navigate their grief and may compromise the investigation as it moves forward, the OSBI does want to furnish the following facts to help provide some clarification and prevent the further spread of unconfirmed information.

Since May 6, 2023, the OSBI has been communicating with the involved families, working to keep them informed on the progress and priorities in this case, and tirelessly processing items, conducting interviews, searching additional locations and property, and obtaining intelligence and documentation. Many of the investigative efforts have occurred with the support of other law enforcement agencies including the Grand River Dam Authority, the Okmulgee County District Attorney’s Taskforce, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.

The investigative process is ongoing and will be lengthy, but is an attempt to determine what led up to and occurred during this incident. The work is also to discern whether there are other potential victims or suspects not yet identified.

While OSBI is aware there is information circulating that does not represent investigative facts, we will not attempt to address each aspect of the miscommunications. Pursuant to Oklahoma Statute 74 O.S. 150.5(D)(1), OSBI investigations are confidential and the OSBI cannot release detailed information regarding investigations to the public. This helps ensure the confidentiality and integrity of each investigation.

As we move through the investigation, the OSBI will continue to consider all available information and will conduct additional investigative activity necessary to evaluate information veracity. Anyone who has information relevant to this investigation may call the OSBI tip line at 1- 800-522-8017, or email [email protected]. Those providing information may remain anonymous.

OSBI understands that at the culmination of this investigation, there will be many facets of this case that will need to be addressed. Some of those are not under the purview of the OSBI, but for those that are, we will attempt to address them within our statutory guidelines. Future official updates regarding the progress of the investigation appropriate for public release will be provided by the OSBI or the Okmulgee District Attorney’s Office via a subsequent press release or on the official OSBI sites.

Going forward, OSBI will continue to work with the family and our law enforcement partners as we all look for greater understanding. We ask for the continued support of the family and friends of Holly, Tiffany, Michael, Rylee, Ivy, and Brittany."

“They’re monsters and need to be locked up for life or put to death,” Webster said. “If sexual offenders have the ability to destroy a child’s life with their acts that they do, whether they murder the child or not, that child will have PTSD. They will have to go through counseling their entire life. If they can destroy a child’s life, they should lose all their rights.”

The Websters said most interactions with McFadden occurred while dropping off Ivy at his house or welcoming Tiffany at theirs, and when the families went kayaking and fishing together at Jim Hall Lake.

“My wife and I, we felt he was kind of socially awkward, kind of weird,” Webster recalled. “But we didn’t know the personal side to him, and just knowing who he was based off our interactions, there was never any signs of maliciousness. He was a monster in disguise and really good at what he did.”

[...]

“We need signs in their front yards saying that they’re sexual predators,” Webster said. “We need signs at our schools with every sexual predator within a certain limit, and that will help parents recognize their sexual offenders within their local area. Our Walmarts, public libraries.”

He also emphasized the need for pictures of the offenders to be publicized as well.

[...]

In that last visit, the families learned it will take six months to a year to comb through all the evidence.

I wonder if this will end up dwarfing KAK's crimes? (Kegan Kline CSAM that has "fingers" (IMO) in the Delphi murders) That case has "tentacles" according to LE. I'm sensing a bit of "tentacles" in this case as well. It's not feeling as cut and dried as LE has suggested.

He also had a court date coming up. So could someone had been worried he might snitch? He was a gross gross person from what I’ve read posted but MSM. He didn’t deserve to be out living his life and because of him so many young children lost their lives. It makes me so upset that LE has handled it the way they have.

I’m glad you brought up KAK. I wouldn’t be surprised if KAK, RA, and McFadden turn out to have been “pen-pals” on the dark web. All so disgusting and in this case, very preventable. I hope JW finds a good attorney, or already has.
