TULSA, Okla. —

Law enforcement officials have issued a Silver Alert for an 88-year-old man with medical conditions.

Authorities say James Hefley Jr. was last seen at 8 a.m. Thursday in the southeastern part of Tulsa.

According to Tulsa police, the man has not driven in almost two years and has difficulty seeing but is believed to be driving a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Oklahoma license plate EQE367.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact police.
