She is there. She just posted on Facebook that they are selecting the jury.

The judge said Assistant Public Defender Jacob Benedict had been admitted to the hospital Tuesday morning and would not be able to return for the trial.

The public defender's office confirmed Benedict was taken to the hospital but no information was given on his condition

I agree completely. It has been a little over FOUR years! Come on!

I too am frustrated with all the delays that have occurred in this case but because there is no statute of limitations in murder cases, Joseph Cyr must remain in custody and face trial.

Two lawyers usually work together on a case but apparently not in this one.

I think he should get 2 life sentences served back to back with no chance of ever getting out he made my life and other a living hell I have no heart when it comes to him
