GUILTY OK - Jaymie Adams, 25, Blanchard, 9 Dec 2011

Justin should have called Jaymie on his cell phone before he allegedly went and knocked on his mother’s door and said he wanted to go search for his wife at 3 am. Saturday.

Justin’s mother Tina Clarke told investigators her son knocked on her door at 3 a.m. the day Jaymie Adams was reported missing and asked to use her vehicle to go look for his wife and they dropped the baby off at relatives. This doesn't make sense. Why didn’t Justin use his cell phone to call his mother and ask her to come to babysit and bring her car so he could go and search for his wife?

If Jaymie was meeting a client at midnight for one hour or so and had to travel a distance to get back home, it seems she should have been home by 3 am. but the fact Justin was already worried and out searching for her seems like he is withholding information from LE so I'm not surprised he failed the question on the LDT about knowing his wife's whereabouts.

If Joseph Cyr didn’t actually talk to Jaymie and her reply was by email, Justin could have sent it.

If Jaymie’s schedule was prearranged, I doubt she would call back her clients while she was working. I don’t understand why Jaymie would find it necessary to take her laptop.

Tina Clarke hasn't taken a polygraph.

Doesn't Justin have his own car? If not, how did he get to his mothers house? Or does he live within walking distance?

IIRC, his mother lived next door.

Justin's mom is commenting again on Jaymie's Missing FB page. I would think Irven Box would have advised her to stay off of public forums?

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Homicide detectives seized two vehicles during the investigation into the death of missing Blanchard mother, Jaymie Adams. Police impounded the cars of Jaymie Adams' husband, Justin Adams, and his mother, Tina Clarke.

Justin Adams told officers his wife left the family's trailer in Blanchard about 10 p.m. Dec. 9 to meet “a client” at a Norman motel.

This video, “Police Seize Cars After Discovery of Woman’s Body”, shows where Justin and his mother lived. It appears they lived close by.

The parking lot at McDonald's is big. I wonder where Jaymie parked her van?

Hey all, for those of you who are wondering and concerned about Jaymie's kids, this is how I understand things stand now. The oldest child is back with his father; the second child is with the family of the father who was killed in combat; the third child is in Jaymie's adoptive mother's custody; the fourth child (biologically Justin's) is in Justin's custody. My information may be a little out of date though on the first, second, and fourth kids. I have not spoken to Blake in a week or more.

From what I have been told, at first Justin was not going to relinquish Blake's son to Jaymie's parents. It may have just been a case of too much crazy happening too fast for Justin to handle and he just did not want any more changes in his life. Who could blame him? However after a few days or so, Justin changed his mind and turned him over to Jaymie's adoptive parents.

Currently Blake is working on establishing paternity (for some reason, he did not get put on the birth certificate) and looking forward to regaining his son (Jaymie's third child). Blake raised his and Jaymie's son solely for the first 3 to 4 years of his life. Blake and Jaymie's adoptive parents have a good relationship and are working together to get them reunited. Blake has plans to go and visit his son soon. Actually, that may have happend this weekend. I'll have to ask him tomorrow. So far, Blake's son is adjusting well (much better than I would have expected) to the recent changes in his life.

Thanks everyone for all of your help. This is a really awesome community. I just wish that Jaymie had pulled a disappearing act again instead of the way things turned out.

A Candlelight Vigil was held on Saturday, January 21 for Jaymie Adams and her unborn baby.

Perhaps Justin wanted to keep the children together for the time being so they could stay connected and help each other cope during this time of deep sorrow and loss. The siblings may never see each other after they separate.

Jaymie’s third child was born in 2006 so her first two children must be attending school.

Did Jaymie and Justin have custody of 4 children?

Search warrants were filed Tuesday in Oklahoma County “based on the evidence at the scene and statements made by witnesses.”
The 2004 Chrysler Town & Country van belonged to the victim and was found in the early morning hours of Dec. 10, the day she was reported missing by her husband, Justin Adams.
The Chevette belonged to Justin Adams' mother, Tina Clarke.
Neither vehicle was searched until after Jan. 8, when both were impounded by Oklahoma City police.
Investigators were seeking objects “capable of producing blunt force trauma injuries” when they searched the vehicles earlier in the month, the warrants reveal.

Court documents made available Tuesday also show investigators interviewed Josh Adams, the brother of Justin Adams.
Josh Adams told police he took Clarke to Oklahoma City the night before Jaymie Adams, 25, was reported missing so she could pick up a car from her parents.
He said his mother returned to her trailer after picking up the 1980 Chevrolet Chevette.
Clarke told police Justin Adams showed up at her trailer just a couple of hours before he filed a missing persons report, asking to borrow her car to go look for his wife.

Investigators have released more information into the murder of pregnant Blanchard mother, Jayme Adams. According to search warrants filed Tuesday, investigators took four soil samples from her mother-in-law's car.

They also searched the Adams' family van and seized swabbings, insurance verification and medical papers.

According to the search warrants, police were searching the vehicles for many things, including "instruments capable of producing blunt-force trauma injuries."

Clark got her vehicle back Tuesday, but a representative with the wrecker yard tells us Justin Adams' van, which they had also been holding, ended up being repossessed.

Sorry, I know this is inappropriate, but Nurse, in your last link in the quote it says "the Adams' family" and it made me smile. I must be tired this morning!

Police have seized another vehicle connected to an Oklahoma mother's murder investigation.

Days after police seized vehicles belonging to the husband and mother-in-law of Jaymie Adams, police also seized a truck belonging to a man believed to be one of the last to have seen her. According to the search warrant, a truck belonging to Joseph Cyr was muddy and had a front tire removed.

Police took soil samples from the truck and swabs from the inside. Detectives were looking for blood and fibers, anything connected to Jaymie Adams' death.

Clark says she is tired of being treated as a suspect in her daughter-in-law's murder.

And she grew even more angry Tuesday when she was finally able to get her car after police seized it a couple weeks ago.

She had to pay almost $400 to get it out of Puckett's impound lot.

"I don't think that was right. I didn't take it down there, didn't ask them to pick it up. They pick my car up out of my yard then charge me almost $400 bucks to get it back home," Clark said.

Joseph Cyr certainly acts like he is guilty. I believe he's withholding information LE and lying to police. Cyr won't talk with reporters. He fled to Choctaw after he was interviewed by LE and I don't know anything else about him. Cyr is a person of interest in this case although LE haven't named him as such. His name wasn't on the RSO list for Oklahoma and IDK know his age and whether he has a criminal record. LE have a search warrant Cyr's cell phone records and vehicle. LE allegedly heard a candid conversation between Jaymie and Joseph so may LE can prove Jaymie was waiting for Joseph at McDonald's. Knowing LE found mud on Cyr's truck and that Cyr removed one of his tires is suspicious.

I am trying (really, really hard) to understand the imposition made upon her but her daughter in law and mother to her grandchildren is dead. The grandchild in utero is also dead. A baby boy will never know his mother or little brother or sister.

Where is the anger over someone stealing away a baby and its mother from all who loved and depended on her? :(

It sounded to me that she's really upset that the craigslist idea isn't being checked out - and now, finally, it seems they have a search warrant for a vehicle of a craigs list contact. Finally.

I would be angry too, if I were her. I really don't think she was involved/knows who was involved in Jaymie's disappearance, and it's not clear at this point that the baby Jaymie was carrying was her grandchild.

This would be a lot to digest at this point. The lifestyle of her son and his wife, and being implicated in this woman's disappearance, and being required to pay to get her car back when she appears to be living in grinding poverty, and the disdain of the community - might be too much to handle.

I'm not sure I would hold up well under this amount of false accusation and shame and humiliation.

BBM: FINALLY being checked out is the operative word for me too. I wonder what took LE so long to check out that guy? I so hope they have a warrant for all those CL posts and cellphone records and pings for ALL.
