I completely agree! Wow! Are they holding their cards close to the vest regarding their evidence, or are they hoping they have enough??

I don't know - it is written oddly.

Basically, here's the list of things we investigated, which includes the vehicles and cell phones.

She calls her an innocent 25 year old boy.

Justin Adams' Mother Says, 'He Is Innocent'
http://www.koco.com/r/30323516/detail.html

From your link:

"If it puts me in my own grave, I'll help prove him innocent because he is innocent," Clarke said.

How sad! She doesn't realize that is exactly what can happen when you stand up for your child in a case like this.

However, in this case, this mother may not be innocent either.

I do not have enough evidence in this case from LE to believe that either Justin or Tina are guilty, but it sure seems like things point in this direction.

Justin didn't even attend his wife's funeral. That speaks volumes to me. I would imagine being in the public/media spotlight would not be fun. However, I can't imagine not attending her funeral.

Justin Adams was denied bail today. He is being held in the death of his wife Jaymie and her unborn baby.

That's a really vague AR.

Yes, it is. They must have a lot more than this. He may have assaulted her at one point, but that doesn't always equate to murder. Apparently in talking to witnesses and reviewing cell phone records, they've got some strong evidence that we don't know about.
Most arrest warrants that I've seen have a little more detail. This one is short and not at all specific, other than the alledged assault, which is NOT enough to charge him for 1st degree murder.
I kind of don't blame his mother for being upset, especially about the money to get her car out of impound. That's a lot of money for a person with limited resources.
Good grief, I hope they know what they're doing.

.

Looking at her home in one of the video broadcasts, she lives in poverty. Between charging this woman 400 dollars to get her impounded car back, and making Justin sit naked in a cold jail cell with no blanket and no mattress, it seems to me the OKCPD is trying to torment this family. I'm really curious about the evidence they have - don't they have to charge him with a crime soon? I forget how long he can sit there in that jail without being formally charged with double homicide.

If Justin did indeed fatally stab her, there has to be a crime scene somewhere. Where was it? The house? The van? Where she was found by the dirt bike tracks? Somewhere else?

New article this morning.

At this point, I'm starting to have doubts about the case against Justin Adams.

Or at the very least, I fully believe that Tina Clarke believes she is telling the truth.

I also wonder if they have surveillance video of Justin and Jaymie together that night - the Walmart or the grocery store or even McD's?

If they have that, then Justin's story/alibi completely falls apart IMO.

That wasn't mentioned in the arrest warrant. An article above makes it sound like all they have are inconsistencies with Justin's story, the fact that he initially lied to LE, and a failed lie detector test.

He was arrested Friday morning and it's now Tuesday morning - I searched quite a bit online and can't find the length of time a suspect can be held in Oklahoma without being charged.

I just feel like the deadline to charge him must be getting close.
